I have been training with Christine Herr for 5 years . She keeps me motivated and in shape. She works my entire body including weight training and cardio in 1 hour private sessions. I also attend her classes. They are extremely reasonable in price for a great workout. Not to mention, fun! Plus, they are available almost everyday of the week. Chris is now working with me during my first pregnancy. I'm confident that my labor will be easier and healthier due to my training. We train at her personal training gym STAC Fitness. STAC is a clean and comfortable facility with the latest and greatest equipment and techniques. People of all ages and levels train at STAC, so it never feels intimidating. Thanks Christine!

First off, it's impossible to really keep a review on Brandy short. But I'll give it a try-which is what Brandy would say to any exercises. She knows her stuff, whether you're in her spin class, yoga class, personal training, taking about health, TRX or kettlebells, Brandy no matter what condition you are in, she WILL help you. Brandy is an absolute sweetheart that will work you touchas off. She comes in with a plan for the session, but ALWAYS asks how I am feeling, what she does amazingly, is adjust and with Glee. As I stated I could write a 60 page review, but that's hard to read, So whatever fitness schedule you are seeking, Brandy is the gal, PERIOD.
Sean Johnson has been amazing to work with! I am three weeks into my training sessions and I could not be more pleased. His style and approach are second to none, he has helped me with diet and strength training as well as establishing a cardio workout plan. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and fun to work with. I would recommend him very highly to anyone serious about accomplishing fitness goals and making healthy lifestyle changes!

Willpower Fitness is my favorite workout studio in Denver featuring the latest strength and cardio equipment including TRX bands, bosu balls, kettlebells, machines, stairmasters, and my favorite, the sled. They incorporate everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises. One on one or group training, the workouts vary every day and you definitely feel a burn. Diet and nutrition planning is also available. The staff takes pride in what they do and make it a supportive environment. Will and Don have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years and are extremely experienced in their field. Also have a great vibe working together, are joksters, and make everyone laugh. They focus on each individual person and are in tune with their body. Stretching and proper form play a key role in everyone's program. Willpower Fitness is a brand new studio, clean, with plenty of showers, hot water, hairdryers, curling irons, hairspray, lotion, etc. The locker room is a relaxing environment to say the least. They also offer childcare with lots of toys! I highly suggest Willpower Fitness. I don't doubt it will become your gym and sanctuary as well.
This place is hands down the best trainer who is always there to encourage you and make you fit physically and mentally. The people you work out with who you barely know become your family you look forward to seeing each time you come to the gym. The workouts are changed up frequently and are challenging where 45 minutes go by so fast. By the end of it, it feels so good that you had a group and Bobby to push you to limits you thought you could never do. Love this place!!!
Coach Randy is the best trainer I've ever worked with. His workouts are innovative, challenging and never the same. He incorporates body weight exercises, plyometrics, light weights and safe cross-fit-style exercises into every workout. Best of all, everything is low impact. After only 30 minutes of his innovative approach, I'm always sweating with an elevated heart rate. For any level of fitness, Coach Randy is a pro. He'll get you in shape in no time if you stick it out.
