The experience with Chef Colin was great! We hired him to cook a pre-wedding dinner for our bridal party of 18 people. We did all small plates / appetizers and he ensured there was plenty of food for everyone. We gameplanned before the event to ensure the menu was excellent and accommodated dietary preferences of our group. Everyone raved about the food - it was excellent and he was extremely professional! Would hire again for another outing.

W've been using Chris for just two full weeks and are thoroughly impressed with the nutritious, balanced, delicious meals he has created for his family. Working with Norbert and Deb was a fantastic experience. We had them prepare a few courses for a bachelorette dinner. We've worked with Delise on two different occasions. Once to cater a company retreat for our boutique hotel brand and again at a very special "girls getaway" weekend for several influential lifestyle bloggers in the New England area. Each time, the room was filled with foodies, and hospitality professionals and each time it felt like we were at our own private restaurant, but at this restaurant the Chef and staff read your mind. Pearl has a true talent for understanding a customers vision. She even helped us figure out our oddly shaped rooms and lay out floor plans. Kevin and the entire staff were so incredibly professional, very prompt and also very smooth. Chef is truly a genius. It really doesn't even matter what he puts on the menu, rest assured it will be some of the most delicious and beautiful food you've ever seen. When we work with Delsie again, I'm fairly certain I won't even need to preview the menu because I know whatever it is it will be awesome. We really wanted a curated feel instead of a catered feel and that's exactly what we got. If you're looking for beef wellington bites, scallops wrapped in bacon and stuffed mushrooms, there are many caterers that can help you. If you're interested in black pepper gel, truffle foam, and and giving your guests a dining experience they'll never forget- I'm doubtful that anyone in the area can do it better than Delsie. There's no way you won't be happy with an event catered by Delsie- they're on a different level. Thanks Pearl and team for all of your help!

Clayton and Kurt with Short Bus Catering catered our 2014 corporate holiday party, which was attended by not only employees but clients as well. It was held on a Saturday evening at the home of one of our firm's owners and the approximately 20 people in attendance commented on how delicious as well as beautifully presented the food was. We had the opportunity to work with Clayton and Kurt beforehand in putting together the menu we wanted, right down to having sugar cookies with our company logo printed on them in edible ink. A couple of our attendees had specific dietary challenges (nut allergies, gluten free, etc.) which Clayton was more than happy to accommodate. No chafing dishes and sterno cans here; the appetizers as well as main courses were made on premises in small batches and as they were consumed, more were made so that nothing sat around getting cold. Clayton's experience having worked for Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio at one of his restaurants was evident in his attention to detail and knowledge of how to create culinary delights. They also provided us with a bartender for the evening who kept everyone in good spirits. We would not hesitate to work with Short Bus Catering in the future, and highly recommend them for anyone's event.

Adam prepared an amazing, custom menu for us! He was diligent about researching ingredients to accommodate my wife's food allergies and delivered a fantastic dinner. He was personable, professional and on time… a true Chef! Food was amazing! Timing of each plate was perfect, while we sat back and enjoyed great conversation during our courses. Food presentations were fit for TV and everything was made fresh. I'd find it hard to ask for more. Highly Recommend!
