I would definitely recommend training with Svet and the rest of his team. Svet is a great trainer that actually cares about my goals and makes it possible for me to reach them. Each workout is different and is tailored to my current abilities, but at the same time it is sort of uncompromising when you have a bar set. You are pushed, but these trainers know exactly where your limit is. I was also given advice on food and how to eat along with a list of supplements picked out for my personal workout plan. Svet will drive out to my house or we can have the session at a community gym. The training is at a great price and it is well worth the money. If you want to reach your goals, train with Svetness!

Robert Armstrong is a terrific personal trainer-- knows when to push and when to back off! He works well with all types of people -- male/female, young/old! Will help you loose weight and/or get fit. He is especially good with middle school/high school age kids who want to improve their athletic performance or begin a weight lifting regimen. Of the 5 boys in my 15 year old's work out group -- 3 are committed to college programs and 1 is playing D3 football. A fourth just earned best football work ethic award for his high school.
Agnese is a very knowledgable, thoughtful and professional trainer. She met with me right away to start training immediately! I've enjoyed our workouts so much that many times don't even know we have worked out until my muscle soreness the next day. I feel as if she keeps close tabs on my progress and provides me with helpful tips during and outside of our training days! I appreciate her approach, Agnese is not forceful but instead very aware of what works for you. She listens and asks questions throughout the workout being mindful of your strengths, weaknesses and goals. I have a knee injury and she has been so helpful even in my rehabilitation by motivating and supporting mentally and physically!
I enjoy running and yoga, but after finishing up physical therapy for an ankle injury I realized I needed some structure to improve my overall strength and mobility. Cornelius talked me through a fitness assessment and discussed my previous injuries (ankle and wrist). I've been training with Cornelius for the past couple of months, and have decided to increase from one session a week to twice a week. When working out, I have a tendency to push myself on things I enjoy (cardio and leg days) and to go soft on those I don't (abs!). Cornelius has been excellent at getting me to take appropriate breaks, keeping my technique accurate, and protecting my old injuries. He's also helped me to focus on areas for improvement and I'm really enjoying learning new skills. The gym we work out at is compact and convenient - it's usually just us in the early morning sessions and Cornelius is great company. Over the holidays I traveled a bit and he was very flexible about adjusting or skipping sessions. I also noticed that I'm feeling stronger and more confident when I work out on my own.
I've been working out with Cory for about a month now. He's great, he really pushes me every workout. I saw noticeable results after about 2/3 weeks of training. His gym he uses is very nice & he has plenty of equipment. I highly recommend.
Anthony has been working with my high schooler on strength and agility training and is AWESOME. He's encouraging while remaining tough, and is laser focused the whole time. I'd highly recommend him.
Working with Gary is an awesome experience. I've joined a gym many times and never went until I started working out with Gary. He knew exactly how to motivate me and exactly how far to push me. I lost weight, improved my cardiovascular status, and increased my flexibility-all three of my goals. I have a variable schedule and Gary made sure he could fit me in twice a week every week even if that meant he had to come in early or work late. Gary is knowledgeable about rehabbing injuries and able to develop an exercise plan for an out of shape 62 year old and an athletic 24 year old. It is Gary's unique combination of knowledge, experience, and personality that make him such an outstanding trainer. You can't do better than Gary!

I have trained with Emmanuel for the past 2 years. I cycled through a number of trainers before training with Emmanuel. He is college educated, professional, and respectful of my time. He caters his workouts to your individual needs and adjusts exercises based on aliments or preferences. He has a good sense of humor and is pleasant to be around. I would recommend Emmanuel Kargbo to anyone looking for a good consistent trainer. He is a former football player and sprinter, so he is perfect for ex-athletes.
Working with Corey has been the best investment in myself I have made!! Not only is Corey is professional and easy to work with but she is knowledgeable and very compassionate. I am in the middle of her 6month health coaching program currently and plan to do her online fitness/workout program when she releases it. Her approach is very balanced to both diet and exercise!! Arris is an amazing personal trainer and the perfect motivator to get off video games and screens for our 15 year old son who has special needs. He is patient but still challenges Zach to improve each session. Zach looks forward to his twice weekly work outs with Arris and has shown great results in his strength and endurance training. Highly recommended for anyone as a personal trainer no matter if you are training for a sport or simply want to get into better shape!

At the start of my training I was very unfamiliar with proper use of equipment and had spent little time in the gym! Personal training was a big step out of my comfort zone as I had never followed a set routine before, Michael alleviated all of my worries and started me from the ground up! He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to excercises that beginners can preform, and has developed a program with visible progression and results. Would highly recommend him for his attention to detail and knowledge of nutrition and excercise as well as a fun workout!
I can’t say enough good things about Julian! We definitely hit the jackpot with him and in a very short time, he’s become a great trainer, mentor and role model for my 15 year old son who has wanted to increase his strength/stamina while working on his soccer skills. Julian very quickly responded to my search for a personal trainer and was incredibly professional during our introductory call. It was evident that his knowledge of /experience with soccer as a player and coach would be a good match for my son. He also shared his philosophy about strength training with kids, specifically how he seeks to understand what motivates and is important to them, so he could then weave in his expertise which ultimately would result in a truly customized program to help accomplish their goals. He was eager to “meet” my son and scheduled some time to speak with him personally over the phone and get to know him. I was impressed at how he was able to get from a 15-year old boy, what his fitness goals were! In less than a week of my initial inquiry, my son was training in the gym with Julian and has absolutely loved every session with him. Julian maximizes every second during each workout and even encourages kids to come in early to get warmed up (so really, while you pay for a 60-minute session, you get 70-75 minutes!) My son has already noticed physical changes, but beyond that, his sense of confidence, focus, and dedication has increased tremendously. Julian provides encouragement inside and outside the gym by keeping tabs on my son and checking in on how he’s doing. Even when my son tried out for another soccer team, Julian gave him sound advice throughout the process, acted as a sounding board, and alleviated any anxiety he had. I really enjoy my sessions with Niki and was impressed how much she incorporated my exercise preferences into the training. Although I already had a fairly good level of fitness, she helped me to iron out mistakes in my technique and identified a rather significant lack of flexibility which was holding me back in achieving my desired results. Most importantly, her calm and gentle approach made training with an expert of her caliber a lot of fun and not scary (like I expected) at all.

I've been training with Nate several times a week for over 5 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with my progress, fitness level (strength, duration, flexibility), and the ongoing challenge and diversity of workouts -- they're never boring and incorporate strength, stability and core, time under tension, and functional training for every part of my body. In addition, Nate's a nice guy with a great sense of humor, so the workouts are tough but enjoyable. After his initial assessment, he continued to take the time to get know me individually and has a vested interest in my health, well being, strengths, and weaknesses (he enjoys identifying and having me work on my weaknesses!). Nate works hard with each of his clients and he customizes each workout for their individual needs and goals. In the 5+ years I've trained with him, Nate has never been late or missed a workout -- even in snowstorms! When I need to change a training appointment, Nate works very hard to find a time that is mutually beneficial. Finding the right personal trainer that had the proper knowledge, experience, equipment, interpersonal skills, and motivation to align with mine was tough; and I couldn't be happier to have found Nate.
