I Was Very Over weight and uncomfortable with my body. My attitude was negative and i was never happy. Until third year of highschool i decided to change my life around by losing weight. However, during the weightloss i didnt do it properly. I became very unhealthy and got sick, even though i dropped a tremendous amount of weight. I met stacy April 2016 and she changed my life around, she was able to show me that food is a necessity for your body to function properly especially how important it is to build muscle and burn fat. She not only became my nutritionist and trainer but she changed my overal mood about how i feel emotionally and physically. I am 75 years old now, and Linda has been my trainer, and nutritionist for the past 2 years. She is very focused on quality of training, and pushing me just enough to get results but not too much. I have never been sore after our workouts, but still have seen results. I have less back pain, and more energy. In the past few months, I requested that we work on nutrition as well as fitness. My doctor said I was borderline diabetic, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. In just two months I have dropped 21 pounds, and my fasting blood sugar in the morning has been normal. I was being trained by Catherine years ago and I said something about " No pain, no gain " as she corrected my posture during the routine. She quickly said that no one should experience "pain" when working out. I knew then that I had FINALLY found a REAL trainer. Catherine's training and professional skills are unmatched. She simply loves doing what she does and it shows. She trains you according to your skill level and ability, and she is never distracted by today's tech gadgets ,( cellphones) which means you get 100% of her time, every time. I moved out of state for a short time and invited Catherine down for a visit and workout of course. she could not out run me on the beach, but she whipped my butt in the gym , but they were good workouts. Later on during her visit, she took me to the market and taught me how to properly shop for quality organic foods , and quickly made a knock out dish for me and my friend as we looked on and took notes. I moved back to the DMV area, reconnected with her and now I am receiving weekly healthy meals from her. Boy is that a relief. And knowing that she is a certified nutritionist only adds to her credibility. In short, if you are looking for true quality in a trainer as well as someone too cook healthy meals for you, Catherine is the hands down choice and that's why I give her 5 stars. Before seeing a nutritionist, most of my knowledge about dieting and exercise were limited to the common facts found on the Internet and word on the street. However, after meeting with Mr. Zaid, I had not only learned about the proper way to diet and exercise, but I also expunged those false facts I had been using that had inhibited my progress. He is extremely thorough in his explanations and calculations and will answer all of your questions with complete honesty. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to improve their life.
I met Amy in 2009 in Hawaii. It wasn't long before she became a friend, my nutritionist, trainer and running partner. As a nutritionist, she was able to look at my needs from having a gastric bypass, my weird food ideas and needs as a runner and help me to plan meals that were healthy AND yummy enough to eat. As a trainer she helped me come up with activities to work my back from a very bad hand/wrist break as well as cross-training/running plans for everything from a 5k up to a full marathon! I highly recommend her as someone who is knowledgeable and will work with you every step of the way no matter where you are starting and where you want to wind up in your goals to be a healthier, stronger you. She makes it seem like you are her one and only client and that worked really well for me :)
I'm my dear h for a nutritionist Nicole reached out to me and set up a time to talk! The interview lasted about an hour but she makes sure that she answers all questions and concerns. Nicole was not rushed and totally forcues on me and my needs! Following the interview Nicole sent me over her plans and what she has to offer. This is as far as I gotten with the process of finding a nutritionist and I can tell you I can trust that after my search that Nicole has my best interns in mind and that is most definitely one of the main things I looking for.
Michele helped my daughter immensely to with her expertise as a nutritionist. She has guided her as to foods to eat to help prevent injuries and strengthen her bones, as well as helped her with other aspects of her life as a college track athlete. I liked the personal approach. I believe Christine made recommendations to meet my specific needs. I learned how to eat a variety of foods and prepare simple meals. I also learned how to properly interpret nutrition data and labels on products as well as which products to purchase (for example, steel cut oats instead of prepackaged oatmeal).
