Chef Tony cooked us the most DELICIOUS top quality - fresh - dinner ever. Over a month later, my family is still raving about how tasty my birthday dinner was that Chef Tony cooked us. My birthday dinner menu included: -Rustic flat bread pizza with roasted eggplant, sundried tomatoes, arugula, manchego cheese with balsamic paint (the flatbread was perfectly crispy and the flavors came together amazing) -Mexican seafood ceviche (marinated sea bass scallops with avocado salad and lime crispy tortilla chips) I don't eat fish but the rest of my family devoured it and even I tried some and really enjoyed it!! It looked so light, tasty and refreshing that I couldn't help it! -French bree strawberries with toasted almonds in greek film cups (the bree and strawberry together was the perfect balance and broke up the courses perfectly) -Mini maryland crab cakes over granny smith apple cole slaw (everyone in my family went back for seconds and my brothers had 3 each! to the point where I had to stop them so they wouldn't be too full for the next courses. The slaw was soooooooooooooo tasty, I wish I knew how to make that as the perfect side-dish) -Spanish style Arroz con pollo (tomato rice chicken and chorizo) WORDS CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW GOOD THIS TASTED!! We literally could not stop eating it. This was legit real deal spanish arroz con pollo and better than I have eaten at any of the tons of spanish restaurants I have visited) -Cuban spiced grilled pork tenderloin with a pickled ginger mango slaw on a flour tortilla (once again the slaw was made completely different and incredibly flavorful and refreshing. It was the perfect topping for the soft tortilla tacos and the pork was very tasty and tender) -Argentinian steak (grilled latin filet mignon) with roasted red pepper saffron sauce served with whipped sweet potatoes sand grilled asparagus (by this point we were all incredibly full but HAD HAD HAD to eat this because that is how good it was. What an amazing way to end the dinner courses. The filet mignon did not need a knife at all and literally melted in my mouth. I WISH I watched Chef Tony make the sweet potatoes - they were the best I have ever eaten and I am huge food as well as my family. It had the perfect balance of sweet to it and I still am craving sweet potatoes made just like that! The asparagus was a perfect vegetable to go with it along with the home-made gravy he drizzled over the plate) -For dessert we had creme brûlée, italian cheese cake, flourless chocolate cake and warm chocolate chip cookies... For creme brûlée (one of my favorite desserts) Chef Tony even let us cook the top with the fire ourselves! Just typing this menu all over again makes me hungry thinking about the 5 star restaurant quality food Chef Tony made us. Everyone including myself literally loved every single food he served us. I can't express enough how much my family and I enjoyed having Chef Tony cook for us at home. I must have used the word flavorful 100x in this review, but that is literally the only way to explain it. Usually we go out for the family birthdays for all of the siblings, but this was just such a fun new twist that now everyone in my family wants to do this again with Chef Tony! Especially my brother who hates eating out, but the rest of the family always wants to eat out because sometimes it is nice to not have to cook...and now we have the perfect balance by getting a private chef for us like Chef Tony instead. This was the first time I ever hired a private chef and Chef Tony by far exceeded my expectations. He was also incredibly easy to work with on the menu. I can be a bit indecisive at times and I changed things about 3 times and Chef Tony was super easygoing about it and sent me back a new menu each time catering to exactly what I asked for. Since I hired him a week and a half before my birthday, he was very patient with me considering. He faceted with my sister to see her kitchen and go over everything we may or may not need. Oh, did I also mention he brought adorable blue blue linen napkins and made a printed menu with name on heading for every single person in my family eating, which was such a sweet and unique gesture on his end. He was also very friendly at my sister's house and was enjoyable to be around. I will 10000% be calling Chef Tony again and I have already told so many of my friends about him. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY - IT IS WORTH IT! Especially now that winter is coming, who wants to get dressed up and go out in freezing weather when you can hang out in the comfort of your home for quality time with family and friends, put the kids to bed without having to hire a babysitter, have some drinks, play games and get served 5 star quality restaurant food (if not better) ?!?! I am so happy I discovered Chef Tony and I look forward to definitely working again with him in the future. Also Chef Tony is a professional sommelier, but since we were drinking mixed drinks we didn't get the wine pairing included. I read very positive reviews about Chef Tony's wine pairing and my family and I very much look forward to trying that out eventually with Chef Tony. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Chef Tony for giving me one of those most memorable birthday dinners ever, you truly impressed my family, fiancé's family & myself to the point where like I said, everyone still brings you and your cooking up. I wish I could truly explain in words how positive this review really was it, but I did my very best to try and put into words. I had a cocktail party and needed appetizers. Chef Anton followed up promptly and stayed in touch throughout the planning stage all the way up to the night of the party. He was actually early which was nice since some guests came early. People loved the pot stickers and shrimp. The cheesesteak egg rolls were my favorite as well as the tomatoes. We had plenty of food. The cocktail party was a great success and I have to believe this was due in part to the great apps! I’m very happy. I was highly recommended Feast Caterers!

I am the family party planner so when we planned a company sponsored happy hour, I was tasked with finding a caterer. I received several proposal from caterers on Thumbtack but decided on Chef Myles for his total solution. Everything was included; no hidden costs after the contract was signed. The food was prepared on premises under less than perfect conditions in an office environment with a small kitchen. The food was excellent and plentiful. Chef Myles staff were friendly and accomodating. I received many kudos for my selection of the caterer and the delicious food but the kudos should definitely go to Chef Myles and his staff. I would recommend Stonehill Catering to anyone! From the first time we spoke till the very last min they were responsive, thoughtful and listened to the needs. Our wedding was scheduled for last year and we had to move it a whole year and they did with no problem. They go above and beyond to fit your needs and ensure you are getting what you want! My guests could not stop talking about the food that was served. Lastly they did a awesome job in ensuring that the bridal party was taken care when they returned from photos! I worked with Chef Jim to have a week of dinners catered for my team when we were in Wilmington for a trial. I actually reached out to him for another team first, only to have our case settle at the last minute. With that said, Chef Jim was flexible and we just moved our menu to the next group arriving a few weeks later. He was great about tailoring the menu to my request for healthy but tasty and we didn't miss the fat in any of the dishes we tried (normally we work out of hotels and use their in-house caterers, which means lots of heavy food with LOTS of fat and calories). With Chef Jim, we got lots of spices and flavors but didn't feel weighted down at the end of the meal. Chef Jim was punctual in getting everything set up and then returning later to tear everything down. I will definitely reach out to him for another menu next time I have a team in Wilmington.

Jim & Cindy were such a great find for our May wedding! Cindy helped alleviate a lot of stress and questions I had, especially since I’m not in the wedding industry, and really helped me out with her tips and tricks! After speaking with a few other "big" caterers, talking to Cindy felt so personal and attentive. She really took the time during my initial phone call to get to know what I was looking for, our price point, what we were like as a couple, and what I was hoping for from our day. Phone calls seemed to be the best way to get into contact with either of them, as opposed to email or social media, which was fine with me. Since we went with Shady Maple for our cake, they even picked it up on their way, which was a huge help! Our venue had very strict rules, and they were willing to negotiate a fair price so that we could use their services, but still abide by the venue. On the day of the wedding, Jim and Cindy were great! The food was amazing, they helped break down at the end of the night, and really went above and beyond. I’m so happy we went with DuJour!!

Tanya prepared and presented a simply outstanding dinner for four at our hotel in Ocean City New Jersey last night. She brought all food, cooking equipment, created a centerpiece for the table, prepared the 4 course meal as we enjoyed drinks. Combined with Linda serving, this was just perfect! The food was gourmet and very meticulously prepared and presented. We all loved it and look forward to doing this again.

Soleia's catered a graduation party for us recently for about 50 people. They did a wonderful job from nuts to bolts, visiting our home beforehand to see where and how they would lay things out, bringing staff to assist in setup both with their food and equipment and our decorations. That was a welcome surprise. The food was delicious and we received a lot of compliments about the catering. The cake that she baked was wonderful and again many compliments. They went out of their way to make everyone happy and worked very hard while they were there. We ate leftovers for a week! They also arranged for a tent, tables and chairs because I wasn't sure about the weather and I had many people tell me it was a perfect event. Overall, they did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.

Chaad and his team are truly amazing. Recently, I had a hip hop 80’s party, and each time I begin to feel stressed, Chaad and his team jumped in to make sure everything went smoothly as planned. Amongst all of the catering companies I’ve contacted, Ster Catering was the only one who provided samples of the foods I wanted served at my party. This is a huge plus and I wish other catering companies offered this option. On the day of my event, Chaad and his team arrived early. They assisted with decorating (which they did not have to do). They also provided great food and drinks which everyone loved. I highly recommend Ster Catering and I would definitely hire Chaad and his team for another event.

Colleen made a wonderful spread of food for a 50th birthday party we had. There were both appetizers and main dishes. Everything was better than expected and our guests couldn't say enough good things about the food. Demetra made my daughter's first birthday the most beautiful experience. Everything was prepared fresh. We had two servers who were exceptional with our family and friends. The food was SO GOOD!
