Redemptive Rebecca’s training has given me the strength and rotation mobility I’ve strived for. Her encouragement and skills set makes what I used to find difficult and defeating, rewarding and physically enjoyable. She takes the time to carefully plan out her sessions with clients and for someone with a physical disability this is truly fantastic. Like many people, I struggled with going to the gym, not just to get ‘swol’ but become physically fit. Coming from Miami, many trainers focus on the aesthetics and appearance of their clients rather than seeing actual growth in strength training. In May of this year I wanted to finally make a change and took to the internet to find a trainer. I was initially approached by ‘RAP’ (not his name government) who was interested in knowing more about my disability. He then suggested another trainer at the gym he worked with named Rebecca Kennedy. It shows a level of professionalism for someone to recognize that they might not meet your needs and instead pass you on to someone who could help you fulfill those goals. In the short time training with Rebecca I have felt changes in my arm’s mobility and strength to carry everyday items like bags, reaching for stuff, and general well-being. I can say with pride that Rebecca makes me feel proud of being able to do menial tasks without struggle or pain. I highly recommend her training based on her knowledge, her enthusiasm, and caring attitude to clients. Thanks to Rebecca I was finally able to do pull-ups with both arms and even try boxing. Rebecca, you are amazing. 10/10 would train again.
Rodney is one of the best trainers I have dealt with. He is not your typical trainer that tells you what to do and sits there waiting. He will push you, motivate you and make you want to give 100%. I got great results from training with him. He trained me years ago and we trained at the gym with weights and also on a field doing sprints and running. He also trained me as I was prepping for my first fitness competition which I ended up winning and getting my PRO card. If you want results Rodney is the trainer you want to use!!!
Andrew is very concerned about your physical status and not getting hurt during training. I have had other trainers where I did get hurt. That really messes up your progress. Andrew wants to keep you healthy. He is also very knowledgeable on how the body works and how to get the most benefit from your work outs. After he is working with you the workouts intensify as your fitness improves. He is also very helpful on how foods work together, something in 62 years I didn't really understand. I think you will enjoy training with Andrew.
I absolutely love the workouts! I thought I was semi-fit having worked out at a gym for a long time, but after going through these workouts I was so wrong. You are pushed to reach your maximum potential which I love and there is always something new so you are never bored.
It wasn't until I found Jason Kasheta at Fitness Together that I realized what a true personal trainer could do to help me achieve my fitness goals. I had trained with other so called trainers before but never achieved the fitness goals that I desired. All that changed once I started training with Jason. Not only did Jason help me achieve my fitness goals, but he has allowed me to pass my goals and set new goals that I never thought could be attainable. I know with a trainer like Jason, any fitness goal I set can and will be attained.
Alex Latow has been my personal trainer since January of 2015. He trained me while we were both attending Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and will remain as my trainer through the 2015 summer in Deltona, Florida. Alex was always looking for feedback and was always very clear with the goals we were setting both short-term and long-term. He would go above and beyond always on time whether it was 6am before school, or 7pm after track practice he was always there and ready to train. He could always explain the purpose of each exercise and was ready and able to give demonstrations when needed. Alex is an incredibly dedicated individual and I was able to achieve my body fat percentage and weight goals very quickly thanks to Alex's knowledge with diet plans, cardiovascular, and strength training.
Great training! Josh does an excellent job at making the workouts challenging but fun at the same time! Every session was something different. Josh is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very quick to answer any questions you may have outside of the gym and helped to keep my nutrition on track. I highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for diet and exercise help!!!

The training methods used at Elite Strength & Fitness are unique. In just 20 minutes you receive a full body work out. The trainers guide you through each machine providing the encouragement to get another rep out when you didn't think you had it in you. In just one year my strength and fitness level has increased tremendously....not to mention my confidence and determination. Although the intensity of my workouts have increased, I still look forward to my sessions twice a week. That alone speaks volumes about the trainers....very knowledgeable and professional.

Chris is a very professional personal trainer who loves what he does for a living. He is very attentive and focused on you and your session when training with him. After starting the program, it seemed to me that I was always eating (per my trainers instructions), and I didn't see how it could possibly help my weight by eating more often. However, I was reassured at two weeks when I realized that my waist size had already decreased! I'm excited about sticking with the program 3 times a week. Its very encouraging and fun. I highly recommend working out with Chris, to obtain the results that you desire. We have only one body, so it's important to treat it with the respect it deserves. Daily Plans and routines designed to reach those goals featuring motivation, accountability, and education/experience. This is the formula for success in ALL FACETS of LIFE.... You can not become a world champion athlete without having a daily plan, motivation, personal accountability and or access to educated/experienced consulting/ training. I started with working with Gary when I was 12 years old, I just had to get in the gym to get ready for football/wrestling like my big cousin.... Problem was, I couldn't do a push up yet... We had to start small, 2.5 pound weights, pushups on our knees and build our way up... The goal was to wrestles in the Team USA uniform like Kurt Angle, play football snap to an NFL quarterback... But first thing first we had to do learn how to do some push ups...... Hundreds of kids came through the gym, some of them were jumping on the bench press, some of them were jumping on the squat rack, we kept working on these safe exercises.... Gary kept telling me safety and repetition will lead to results... A few years and hundreds of baby steps later... I could do quite a few push ups, and quite a few bench presses at 225... and a mailbox full of scholarship offers and letters from division coaches... I was big, strong, well conditioned, and healthy... I got the opportunity to Wrestle Division for Arizona State University winning a Greco Roman University National Title in 2007 and played on the gridiron with Denver Broncos QB Brock Osweiler as a back-up center ( not bad for not playing football past freshman year of hs) I cumulated my career with a World Bronze Medal, 5 Team USA selections, and Retired after a 12 year international career in 2016 having gotten the opportunity to travel the world competing in the Rio Olympic Qualifiers as Far as Australia, Poland, Russia, and even American Samoa.... I was exposed to alot of strength coaches after my time with Naturally Fitt, and picked up some bad exercise habbits, trying to take short cuts which ultimately would always lead to injuries... After having been around the elite of the elite in sports performance (US Olympic Training Center, Arizona State University athletic department, University of Iowa Athletic Dept) I can say that Gary's method of training safely, challenging the body, and creating a positive mental environment while putting the body under physical stress was the best my body EVER performed to.... Although I do not live in the area conducive to training I have gone back to many of the basics taught to me by Gary for Nutrition and exercise to return muscle balance. Physical Fitness matters no matter what your goals are... The amount of people who fail to have the results they wish to achieve in their careers, their social life, simply because they are not in healthy enough condition to challenge the day is down right disappointing if we really think about it. I see people walking down the street that if given free superbowl tickets probably couldn't handle the half mile walk through the parking lot and 2 hundred stairs to even get to go to the game.... Your health is a pivotal side in achieving LIFE SUCESS. I fully endorse Naturally Fitt for providing a safe, positive, experiend program to guide ANYONE at ANY LEVEL (even the kid who couldn't do a pushup) to reach their goals through healthy well planned programs, positivity, and accountability. He's great and has a great facility. I am continuing to work with Jake going forward for my training needs, he's very involved and interested in his clients and provides help and tips outside of the gym which is really helpful. Everyone at Fitness Xperts is super supportive, even those trainers I haven't trained with. It's a great place for anyone and I can't say enough great things about Jake and Fitness Xperts!

Tony, has been my trainer for about a year now and my only regret is that I didn't hire him sooner. He knows just how to motivate me and push me even when I want to give up, and always does this in an extremely professional manner. He writes me an easy to follow programs and diet plan that also contributed to my success. I have lost 61 pounds since starting with him and I owe most of my success to my amazing trainer, Tony.
