Latest Review: I have just started training with Anthony, but he seems like a good guy who really cares about his clients and their health. His scheduling flexibility seems to be superior, compared to other trainers I have worked with in the past, making things easier on me with my hectic and ever-changing work/school schedule. Being someone who has trained with others in the past and taken an interest in weight lifting, Anthony's program stands out to me, as it seems to hit every aspect of health and fitness. He is very interactive throughout sessions, constantly making sure that you understand what is going on and that you are functioning without any impairments. His knowledge certainly seems superior to other trainers I have come in contact with. I look forward to my future endeavors in training with Anthony, and would recommend him to anyone looking to better themselves, their health, and their fitness.
