Chef Mark and his staff created a wonderful dining experience for our family and friends in Naples, Florida. His professionalism was key from the beginning stages (i.e., planning theme, selecting menu, pairing wine) to the end (i.e., setting table, serving the meal, and clean-up). Chef Mark entertained our guest with an explanation/demonstration of his Sous Vide technique used to create the most spectacular filet mignon. Additionally, he ended the meal with a most delightful dessert! The sauces and flavors, coupled with overall professionalism, created a memorable evening that we will forever treasure.
