Rap was the perfect example of how every trainer should be! Not only is he genuinely personable and fun, he motivates you to push your limits but has the ability to recognize when your body needs to rest. He focuses on strong posture and a strong core which are critically important to any healthy and safe workout. He is well-versed in his knowledge of the body and the importance of each muscle which helps you to understand the reasons for the exercises. After watching me for just a few minutes, he was able to tell me which parts of my body needed strengthening which allowed him to design a work out regiment accordingly. During training, he consistently made me aware of my arching back and how important it is to remediate this to prevent back injury. Now I am much more conscious of my arch and work to fix it during my workouts. I left his training sessions feeling rejuvenated not only by his fun personality but by the intense workouts that pushed my body to a whole new level! I highly recommend him as a trainer for any level. He will definitely get you where you want to be!

I had never worked with a trainer and was very intimidated to start, but knew I had to make a change. Jason helped me believe I could succeed and helped me change my life! I went to Latow's Fitness and Nutrition for a consultation of sorts, and I was very impressed with his gym. Very modern, clean, and spacious, not to mention eye-catching with the black and green theme. When I got there, he was playing football with other people, asked me if I wanted to join. Very personable, professional, flexible and definitely someone to go to if you're in sports or if you want someone who's going to challenge you!
I have been training with Josh for the past year. My daughter originally introduced me to him and indeed she also still trains with him and I have not looked back. Workouts and nutrition were catered to meet my personal needs. Never a boring workout and always mixed things up. Soreness is guranteed! Alan is an awesome trainer! Definitely pushes you to get the most out of every workout. At times you might temporarily feel like hating him when you're tired and doing a set of burpees haha. I hired Derek because it is hard to find a balanced trainer with 20 years of experience with multiple training strategys and licences. If you want a trainer to listen to your needs and work with you to build a long term strategy he is your guy. If you want a rookie straight out of certification he's not, trust me there is a difference.

Daily Plans and routines designed to reach those goals featuring motivation, accountability, and education/experience. This is the formula for success in ALL FACETS of LIFE.... You can not become a world champion athlete without having a daily plan, motivation, personal accountability and or access to educated/experienced consulting/ training. I started with working with Gary when I was 12 years old, I just had to get in the gym to get ready for football/wrestling like my big cousin.... Problem was, I couldn't do a push up yet... We had to start small, 2.5 pound weights, pushups on our knees and build our way up... The goal was to wrestles in the Team USA uniform like Kurt Angle, play football snap to an NFL quarterback... But first thing first we had to do learn how to do some push ups...... Hundreds of kids came through the gym, some of them were jumping on the bench press, some of them were jumping on the squat rack, we kept working on these safe exercises.... Gary kept telling me safety and repetition will lead to results... A few years and hundreds of baby steps later... I could do quite a few push ups, and quite a few bench presses at 225... and a mailbox full of scholarship offers and letters from division coaches... I was big, strong, well conditioned, and healthy... I got the opportunity to Wrestle Division for Arizona State University winning a Greco Roman University National Title in 2007 and played on the gridiron with Denver Broncos QB Brock Osweiler as a back-up center ( not bad for not playing football past freshman year of hs) I cumulated my career with a World Bronze Medal, 5 Team USA selections, and Retired after a 12 year international career in 2016 having gotten the opportunity to travel the world competing in the Rio Olympic Qualifiers as Far as Australia, Poland, Russia, and even American Samoa.... I was exposed to alot of strength coaches after my time with Naturally Fitt, and picked up some bad exercise habbits, trying to take short cuts which ultimately would always lead to injuries... After having been around the elite of the elite in sports performance (US Olympic Training Center, Arizona State University athletic department, University of Iowa Athletic Dept) I can say that Gary's method of training safely, challenging the body, and creating a positive mental environment while putting the body under physical stress was the best my body EVER performed to.... Although I do not live in the area conducive to training I have gone back to many of the basics taught to me by Gary for Nutrition and exercise to return muscle balance. Physical Fitness matters no matter what your goals are... The amount of people who fail to have the results they wish to achieve in their careers, their social life, simply because they are not in healthy enough condition to challenge the day is down right disappointing if we really think about it. I see people walking down the street that if given free superbowl tickets probably couldn't handle the half mile walk through the parking lot and 2 hundred stairs to even get to go to the game.... Your health is a pivotal side in achieving LIFE SUCESS. I am continuing to work with Jake going forward for my training needs, he's very involved and interested in his clients and provides help and tips outside of the gym which is really helpful.
