Apart from being very fun, sweet and upbeat Anna is showing me a whole new approach to fitness the one that most trainers and athletes will keep a secret. It seems that most trainers never want to show there clients what they actually do, instead take a slow and ordinary exercises to keep clients longer and without dramatic changes. I could tell Anna apart from those trainers right away! I have had prior trainers and never achieved what I wanted nor was ever excited to exercise. With Anna it will be a fun as well as amazing journey to finally reach my goals. Very well equipped, clean and private studio is a wonderful safe naighborhood and very easy to find. Riccardo trained me for almost two months while I was vacationing in Florida . He was AMAZING!!!!!! He was very easy to get along with and I felt comfortable with him from our first meeting ! I just started training with my Svetness Trainer - Georgi and so far it has been a good experience. I am now dedicated to set exercise routine and diet plan. My trainer checks on me on a daily basis. So far so good.

What can I say about Mariana other than that she is incredible at what she does. She is a fitness expert, amazing human being and someone who has changed my life and my physique in such a short time. Jon Paul is not only an amazing trainer but an amazing person as well! He has helped me lose weight and get more toned by constantly monitoring my diet, creating a specific fitness program on a week to week basis that helps to make sure we are on track with our goals and motivating me to challenge myself to see the desired results I want. My personal training with Jen has been of great benefit to me. My level of general fitness was the first thing I noticed that had improved and i’m now working towards toning up my body. She introduced me to several amazing new ways of exercising which I immediately found challenging yet fun. This new approach also felt more “real”, as if this is the way the body should be exercising, rather than being locked on a treadmill or cross trainer. I feel great and can see the results in the mirror. She is super friendly, fun and looked forward to working out with her at all my sessions. I am usually a total cynic with this stuff but honestly, if you want to get fit, get in shape or just get stronger and healthier I would absolutely recommend her...she is the most Super Beautiful Professional Trainer.

Mariana Molero is a very caring person. She organized a Zumba Fundraising for a friend who has cancer. It turned out to be the biggest and most memorable Zumba fundraising event in Lakeland. People are still talking about it 2 years later. She puts more than 100% in everything she does.

Sean is a great trainer . I have a tendency to find it difficult to go regularly to fitness but with Sean it's easier. He knows how to motivate you during the session by encouraging you and finding the right exercise which is fun and works for you He is really a great trainer and motivates me always to go the extra mile . Karla is punctual, professional and I love the way she mixes it up!! It's been almost 2wks(4x/wk) and her workouts are always different. There are some moves I've never seen before! She tailors the sessions to your individual goals and fitness level. Karla executed her first group circuit training session this past weekend and it was very motivating. I am almost 5months postpartum and I can feel my strength and endurance improving.
I love Kland fitness it's the best! I've lost so many so many pounds!! The trainer kannel is awesome too! We go to the park and train!! Not only that but kannel is a very good listener who keeps me motivated.
Two months ago I decided to get fit and this has been a great overall experience!! I saw results within only one week of training. Legendary Fitness are well organized and provide a clean, welcoming environment with equipment for all my needs. Both, the one on one sessions and the group classes are very creative (Ive never get bored!) plus I get a custom diet designed to meet my personal goals. The exercises along with the constant drive and motivation from my trainer are intense but he keeps the classes fun as I feel myself getting stronger both physically and mentally. We review my diet, training and goals very often. I am very satisfied with Legendary Fitness and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in enhancing their physical and psychological well being.
After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
