I started working out with Dorrell a few months before my wedding about 2 years ago. I came to work with him after going through about 3 other trainers who I never seemed to connect with or felt that they were invested in me or my goals. I had existing back problems from a car accident a few years earlier that made things like vacuuming my house difficult. Dorrell was a breath of fresh air! He was so passionate about my progress and deeply cared about my goals. When you work with him, you not only get a trainer who wants the best for you but a true companion who will be invested in you as a person as a whole. He has helped me physically, mentally and spiritually. It always amazed me the wealth of knowledge he has and how many different ways he knew how to work out the same area. He never once pushed me to the point of getting hurt and was always mindful of my comfort levels. If you have the honor of working with him, it will not take you long to see that he trains with his whole heart.
I wanted to wait and write this review of Brennan after we had some time together. Brennan has both come to the gym at my home and has a local studio he has trained me. While I have been under the supervision of a variety of the “best” trainers, I can say that after many months together Brennan is without a doubt the best personal trainer and nutritionist I have ever worked with. One of the tell-tale indicators I have found is to look at whether the trainer is actually watching every move that I am making, in order to make sure that I am doing the exercise correctly. Brennan has both stayed focused on me during our sessions and has helped me to lose weight, while gaining the muscle and definition I had been chasing for years. The best part is that Brennan is personable and made me feel like I was his only client. He took the time to explain the routines he was running me through and go through any routine with me when I didn’t understand it. I can recommend Brennan if you are looking to lose weight, learn more about nutrition and know a great person in Naples.
I interviewed 6 trainers including John. He was the only one that got the point I needed to start from, and not try and make me start at a point that was too advanced for me. He did this, and still does to this day, by doing a thorough evaluation of my abilities. After 6 months I have worked out with him, I have lost 35 lbs, and I feel stronger, better. I would highly recommend John as a personal trainer.
I've worked with many personal trainers over the years and out of all of them Carol Stockdale has been by far the most knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of health and weight loss. She helped me with nutrition and picking the right food for my dietary needs and weight loss goals and kept working out fun and interesting so I never got bored and wanted to quit like I did in the past. I did what she showed told me and showed me and saw results fast. She's awesome!

I met with Ronnie before training began. I explained my physical limitations. My first workout was intense but left me with a great experience. Ronnie adapted to my needs. Some people with physical limitations are hesitant to hire a personal trainer. Ronnie made me feel at ease. I had no feelings of intimidation that many people with disabilities experience with a trainer or in a gym. That is a trainer's job to train and let clients feel a great sense of accomplishment. Ronnie just knew how to make the necessary adaptations while making me comfortable in his facility. It was a great first workout. I look forward to continuing to train with Ronnie.
Kasha Williamson was my personal trainer for about 4 months. She helped me significantly by believing in me. She pushed me to spaces I would have never pushed myself. I didn't see myself as being competitive. Kasha pushed me in November to do a rowing contest. I was amazed with my time and felt great! I began to inspire others and it is a wonderful feeling to help others. Kasha helped me in the gym and in the pool. With her assistance, I am now a better swimmer, runner, and biker. Goal setting is a big deal for me. I have now successfully finished three 5K runs with my children. Being active is part of my new lifestyle.

Before I started working out with PrimeFAST I had a list of goals that I wanted to achieve. My two main goals were fixing my form when I run and speed, because I so desperately wanted to get faster! So I started training with Coach Jackyson three times a week. Within a month of workouts my running form started to change which made my speed increase. Whenever I work out with PrimeFAST I don't feel like I'm another one of his clients, but I feel like I'm a part of this big supportive family. Tramon Byrd is an excellent trainer! You tell him what you want to work on and he knows exactly what to do to hit those problem areas. He is very diverse in his workouts and switches it up so you don't feel like you're doing the same thing over and over again. He teaches you things that you didn't even know about your body. He is not just a trainer but also a teacher. This is definitely not his first time around the block! Although he is very tough, he won't let you give up on yourself. You can tell that this is his passion.
I was referred to Morgan through another Client of hers. Had been training off & on for years, and made a recent commitment to get more structured with training and diet. Hired Morgan to map out programs to build/maintain muscle, while losing body fat and improving cardiovascular health. It can be difficult to progress with multiple independent goals, but have been very impressed with my success over the past 4 months - particularly fat loss while maintaining muscle. I find it very helpful to have a certified trainer critiquing exercise form, providing encouragement and tracking progress for me. It is a lot easier to find reasons NOT to go to the gym if you do not have a trainer waiting for you!
