As a medical laboratory, these systems must be kept up as certain rooms must maintain their set temperatures. Although we are a new client, we are off to a strong beginning. They have scheduled us promptly and serviced our systems. During their routine service inspection, they found one unit needing a secondary pan installed, something a previous company had failed to do. Some of our filters were fine; others needed changing. I was shown the filters and kept in the loop. Their pricing has been fair and reasonable.
