her reliability, dependability and consistency. Many times I will start an exercise regiment, but give up due to lack of progress or motivation within a couple months. With Danielle I do not have that luxury, for lack of a better term. She comes to my house whether I like it or not. I have prepaid for my training sessions and she brings all the equipment. So when I would make an excuse and give up on exercising, I can't anymore. Danielle is truly a great trainer and motivator. She makes exercising entertaining and enjoyable, which I don't believe I have ever thought before. Glad I chose to train with her and will continue to do so as long as I can!
Training with Jarvis is an overall awesome time. He continuously helps me stick to my goals as well as helps me learn how to properly perform different exercises. Training with Conner has changed my Life! I am able to keep up with my 2 sons, a 17 year old & a 35 year old, on the Raquetball ball court and mountain biking, on some of the most daunting, blue & black trails, in the southeast! And I am 53!!! Connor B Rocks!!! If you are even thinking about getting into better shape and you live in the Brandon Riverview or Tampa area, you should take him up on his free trial workout! He will get done, in 45 mins., what would take someone on their own, probably 2 plus hrs. That’s what I like the most, as I have a very demanding sales management position and I do not have a lot of free time. I go in, get in a Great workout, head to work to start my day, in a much better mind set. Training with Conner 3 times a week has also improved my work life / Sales Numbers, as well!!! Jessie is great at motivating me so I can achieve my goals. He has good tips that fit my needs and his workouts are tailored for me. I have had other trainers but he is really unique and has a high degree of knowledge around nutrition, food chemistry in relationship to the body and various training methods. I am working with him until my goals are reached.

I'll start by saying that when I made the step toward searching for a trainer, I did my due diligence and communicated with myriad different trainers within a 30 mile radius. Grant caught my eye in that he was surpassing of all other styles and outlines right off the bat. So, after many sessions with him, I can sincerely say that he is an exemplary personal trainer! He enjoys what he does, is detail-oriented, versatile, and so personable. He's deeply knowledgeable and welcoming when it comes to addressing (the many) questions and curiosities that come along with kinesiology/fitness. In terms of both short term (recovery) and long term (results) success, his training style is truly the gold standard; I never leave a session without feeling revitalized, more limber, strengthened, and overall closer to my target. He's an integral extension of my fitness regimen.
There is nothing like Patton Boxing Fitness out there and that’s because of Mark. He’s creative with his program and that’s what make it’s so unique. He’s knowledgeable and it’s not just a work out, he teaches skill. You can genuinely see Mark having fun with your training and it’s contagious.
I’ve been working with Josie for about 7 weeks. I’m on a long journey to get back in shape after having babies and training with her has been amazing. She’s so encouraging and pushes me to challenge myself which is exactly what I needed. Her workouts are tailored to your specific goal, mine is weight loss, so we’ve been doing a mix of HIIT and strength training. I’m fitting into clothes I haven’t been able to in years and it’s the best feeling! I meet with her 4 times a week for one on one sessions and also small group trainings. It’s incredible how much I sweat in the 30-45 minutes I’m with her, she knows just what muscles to target to burn fat fast. She also keeps in touch and checks on you throughout the week via text which I think is nice because you can tell she really cares about her clients. I’m so glad I found Josie, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made for my health!
Allie is an excellent trainer! She has the experience to design a varied workout so it never gets boring. She is super enthusiastic and encouraging and is very motivating. Allie also keeps building the intensity of the workout so progress is constant. She has a whole bunch of ideas about eating habits and other habits to help with weight loss if that is your goal too. I highly recommend Allie as a personal trainer. She is a delightful person too.
My experience was like no other. He's one to be honest and told me straight up what would help me become a better me. I was happy to workout each day.
Personal Training Session- circuit training, boxing and weights... 1 hr jammed packed workout and left shaking! Hurts so good... May feel different tomorrow!
Deborah was very kind and worked with me to my abilities and explained how she would proceed for me. I have to have surgery so we are on hold now but as soon as I am released by my doctor we will resume training. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her if you are considering a personal trainer!
