KB2 Fitness helped change my life in the most positive way. Keith Bishop is one of the most motivating individuals I have ever met. He cares about his clients goals and pushes them to succeed. My weight loss journey started when I became engaged. The thought of trying on a wedding dress almost made me sick because I was so unhappy with my body image. A friend and I decided to start a workout regimen to lose weight, through our work, we were introduced to KB2 Fitness and started the program. I would highly recommend working out with a friend. She motivated me to show up even on days I didn’t want to. We also helped influence each other to eat healthier options or meet to run together. She held me accountable so it was nice to know I wasn’t only bailing on myself but I was letting her down too! I used to be active until my job consumed me, but now I understand how important it is to feel good about myself image. One of the things that surprised me the most is that I used to start to get tired and almost “crash” in the afternoons at work. I now know that was probably a sugar crash. Now that I’ve cut down the sugar, I don’t crash anymore. I also have more energy and I’ve noticed that my body craves a “good” sweat as well as “good” healthy food choices. Keith introduced us to a website that helps track your daily calories, exercise and progress which has been extremely helpful in my weight loss journey. I have never liked to run and still don’t, but I do it anyway because of Keith. At first I made up every possible excuse not to get on a treadmill because I knew I wasn’t good at running and let’s be honest, never wanted to be. But Keith motivated me to know that I could run just as well as anyone if I tried, so I did and he was right. I’ve learned how to work out and that cardio is import as well as strength training. I’ve lost 20 lbs, two pant sizes and turned a lot of fat into muscle. Ladies let’s face it, many of us have thigh issues which is my toughest place to loose and the inches have dropped there too! I have worked with a few trainers and KB2 Fitness is by far my favorite. Not only because Keith is a wonderful leader but he also holds you accountable to your goals and truly wants you to meet them. It’s a great feeling to get on the scale every 6 weeks and see those numbers drop as well as the inches. It’s an even better feeling to go shopping for new clothes because all your previous clothes are too big! Billy helped me train for my first Bikini Competition. I trained with him for 5 months. Not only did I learn about nutrition and programming, but i learned how to fit it in to my daily lifestyle in a way that was healthy and fun. Billy doens't just tell you what to do, he teaches you why you are doing it this way. He explains to you what your body is going through and why it responds the way it does. Even though I don't plan to do another bikini competition as of right now, I will definetly consider him to help me with a powerlifting competition some day. Working with him has taugh me how to push myself harder than I ever thought I could. I can now bench press, squat, and deadlift with confidence and strength I never knew I had. I highly recommend working with Unchained Potential if you want to make some positive lifestyle changes.

Coach Sterling is a fantastic kickboxing coach. I'm 44 and staying in killer shape is hard work. Juggling kids, their activities, and a household makes for little extra time. When I have an hour, I want to have it all done. Sterling provides the cardio, strength training, and the core work in just one hour ! He's positive, encouraging , knowledgeable, and a fabulous coach. With his kickboxing training 2 times a week I have gone from looking good in clothes to good in a bikini. I have tried everything there is out there for workouts and kickboxing with Sterling is by the absolute BEST. Try it!

Tyler Hopkins is the Best Trainer ever!! I have been been going to his Boot camp now for 6 months and love it. I am over 50 no desire to run a marathon or wear a bikini again, just wanted to tone up and lose a few pounds and I have. The best part is it has been a blast, Tyler makes the workouts so must fun that you never want to miss a class!

Joel is hands down my favorite trainer. Every workout session with Joel is the perfect combination of challenging yet fun and motivating. More importantly his workouts are all unique, tailored to what my specific goals is at the time. I love Joel's knowledge and scientific approach on different exercises and how they affect the body, which is key in helping prevent injuries. I always look forward to my workout sessions with Joel and definitely feel the burn after!

I started working with Mark about a year and a half ago when I decided to compete in my first fitness competition. Mark had provided me with a regimented diet and training program written specifically for me, as well as the knowledge I needed to obtain my fitness goals. A year and a half later and going into my second fitness competition, I still rely upon Mark to get me thru to the end. I was quite impressed with the results from the first competition and the professionalism that I have experienced with Mark & Metzgerbodies. The program is written around your personal fitness goals and changed through out the program as needed. Into the second year, I can say that I continue to see positive results, of course, you have to work hard to obtain these results, but you are provided with the tools to get there. In addition to the diet and training program, I also found Mark to be very motivating and encouraging, which is something I feel is also important when seeking out a trainer. I have and will continue to recommend Mark & Metzgerbodies to all my friends who are looking to get in shape and improve their health.

I highly enjoy working with JT. He pushes you to be your best and is there for questions or support whenever you need. I had worked with other personal trainers with no results, however I do the group workout and have achieved amazing results! He knows his stuff and keeps the workouts fun and diverse.

Classes are led by highly passionate,experienced, highly qualified and certified trainers/coaches that are only there because they love to coach and help people and because they WANT to be. Several coaches are USAWeightlifting certified, personal trainers, athletic trainers, currently pursuing degrees in the medical field... Great class times. Fun, energetic, drama free environment. You will be taught precise form and pushed to reach your genetic potential with SAFETY being TOP priority. Whether you are a professional athlete, highly competitive CrossFitter, Olympic Weightlifter or a grandparent who has never worked out a day in your life you will fit right in and all coaches know how to scale/ modify for your level/ ability and currenct physical condition. You will find the environment to be of a friendly competitive yet non-judgemental nature. All members and coaches want to see everyone else become the best they can regardless of your goals. Members cheer each other on and encourage each other daily. You will find the equipment to be of excellent quality and condition and it is by far THE CLEANEST gym in Polk County.

In mid 2014, I made the decision to pursue my lifelong dream of completing a triathlon....but I was so out of shape! I met with Tracie and I was blown away by her knowledge of body mechanics, movement, and general wellness. While I still had to swim, bike, run outside the studio, it was my work with Tracie that got my body strong enough to do all the rest. I got stronger, leaner, my endurance was better in my 40's than it ever was in my 20's. Here I am 2 years later, dream accomplished, and still loving my studio workouts with Tracie. I appreciate that she is focused on my strength, and general health, as opposed to pushing me into looking like a barbie doll. If you are serious about getting healthy, but have no interest in being a gym bunny, you owe it to yourself to have a consultation with Tracie.

I was looking for a personal trainer that would help me put on some muscle and work on a six pack. Juan Garcia responded through Thumtack and he is the real deal. He is a competitive body builder that knows what he is doing. I have had four workouts with him so far and I can see a difference. He worked out a custom diet for me and is logging my workouts to chart my improvement. He is works with my schedule and I highly recommend him
