Rap is fantastic! Super positive and more importantly knowledgeable. He set me up with a workout routine that perfectly reflected my fitness goals. Most people see a trainer to lose weight, my goal was to gain weight. Every workout ended with a feeling of accomplishment and the results quickly followed. Rodney is one of the best trainers I have dealt with. He is not your typical trainer that tells you what to do and sits there waiting. He will push you, motivate you and make you want to give 100%. I got great results from training with him. He trained me years ago and we trained at the gym with weights and also on a field doing sprints and running. He also trained me as I was prepping for my first fitness competition which I ended up winning and getting my PRO card. If you want results Rodney is the trainer you want to use!!!
Andrew is very concerned about your physical status and not getting hurt during training. I have had other trainers where I did get hurt. That really messes up your progress. Andrew wants to keep you healthy. He is also very knowledgeable on how the body works and how to get the most benefit from your work outs. After he is working with you the workouts intensify as your fitness improves. He is also very helpful on how foods work together, something in 62 years I didn't really understand. I think you will enjoy training with Andrew.
I have been training with Roy at Lifestyle Change Orlando for the past 3 months and I have been so pleased with the incredible results in regards to my total weight loss to date and overall health. I had never worked with a trainer and was very intimidated to start, but knew I had to make a change. Jason helped me believe I could succeed and helped me change my life! Ivonne is a very professional and motivating Trainer. My goals were to improve my overall health and loose some weight. She encouraged and supported me with so much Enthusiasm along the way. I lost 25lbs. and dropped 6 dress sizes (14 down to 8). My Posture is better and my back pains are gone.I'm lifting weights now that i couldn"t even roll before. Working out with Ivonne was always a positive Experience because she truly cares and listens to you while sweeping you along with her energy!

Just a quick note to thank you for everything you have done while training me over the last few months. Workouts and nutrition were catered to meet my personal needs. Never a boring workout and always mixed things up. Soreness is guranteed! Alan is an awesome trainer! Definitely pushes you to get the most out of every workout. At times you might temporarily feel like hating him when you're tired and doing a set of burpees haha. But you'll quickly realize hard work pays off. I'm motivated by results and sticking with Xtreme I lost over 80lbs and had never felt more physically fit in my life! I went to the professionals at Elite Strength and Fitness because I heard they had a total view of wellness and did a "kick butt" workout! What I found was even more!! They did a complete analysis and had me on track immediately! I loved that they understood me as a client and listened to my goals! They were able to put a plan in place that gave me very rapid results and accountability! I also loved that I was not competing with other people for space when working out and could get such a safe intense workout without worry of being injured and that was important when you have neck, back and knee pain! Now my weight is down, muscle tone has increased, I know how to eat properly and the supplements are easy and fun to take!! In my life I have prided myself on putting high quality people in my life and they are a great addition!!!
Jesús was very profesional since I met him at the gym and very enthusiastic. He was always on time, searching information to improve his knowledge and service. He encourage me to go further and do better and more each time. He also design a workout specifically for me and supported me constantly supervising my workout and with his recommendations on my diet and vitamins. I did lost weight and fat in a few weeks and felt strongest. Jesús is more than a trainer, is a friend you can trust your health.
Chris is a very professional personal trainer who loves what he does for a living. He is very attentive and focused on you and your session when training with him. After starting the program, it seemed to me that I was always eating (per my trainers instructions), and I didn't see how it could possibly help my weight by eating more often. However, I was reassured at two weeks when I realized that my waist size had already decreased! I'm excited about sticking with the program 3 times a week. Its very encouraging and fun. I highly recommend working out with Chris, to obtain the results that you desire. We have only one body, so it's important to treat it with the respect it deserves. Daily Plans and routines designed to reach those goals featuring motivation, accountability, and education/experience. This is the formula for success in ALL FACETS of LIFE.... You can not become a world champion athlete without having a daily plan, motivation, personal accountability and or access to educated/experienced consulting/ training. I started with working with Gary when I was 12 years old, I just had to get in the gym to get ready for football/wrestling like my big cousin.... Problem was, I couldn't do a push up yet... We had to start small, 2.5 pound weights, pushups on our knees and build our way up... The goal was to wrestles in the Team USA uniform like Kurt Angle, play football snap to an NFL quarterback... But first thing first we had to do learn how to do some push ups...... Hundreds of kids came through the gym, some of them were jumping on the bench press, some of them were jumping on the squat rack, we kept working on these safe exercises.... Gary kept telling me safety and repetition will lead to results... A few years and hundreds of baby steps later... I could do quite a few push ups, and quite a few bench presses at 225... and a mailbox full of scholarship offers and letters from division coaches... I was big, strong, well conditioned, and healthy... I got the opportunity to Wrestle Division for Arizona State University winning a Greco Roman University National Title in 2007 and played on the gridiron with Denver Broncos QB Brock Osweiler as a back-up center ( not bad for not playing football past freshman year of hs) I cumulated my career with a World Bronze Medal, 5 Team USA selections, and Retired after a 12 year international career in 2016 having gotten the opportunity to travel the world competing in the Rio Olympic Qualifiers as Far as Australia, Poland, Russia, and even American Samoa.... I was exposed to alot of strength coaches after my time with Naturally Fitt, and picked up some bad exercise habbits, trying to take short cuts which ultimately would always lead to injuries... After having been around the elite of the elite in sports performance (US Olympic Training Center, Arizona State University athletic department, University of Iowa Athletic Dept) I can say that Gary's method of training safely, challenging the body, and creating a positive mental environment while putting the body under physical stress was the best my body EVER performed to.... Although I do not live in the area conducive to training I have gone back to many of the basics taught to me by Gary for Nutrition and exercise to return muscle balance. Physical Fitness matters no matter what your goals are... The amount of people who fail to have the results they wish to achieve in their careers, their social life, simply because they are not in healthy enough condition to challenge the day is down right disappointing if we really think about it. I see people walking down the street that if given free superbowl tickets probably couldn't handle the half mile walk through the parking lot and 2 hundred stairs to even get to go to the game.... Your health is a pivotal side in achieving LIFE SUCESS. Kenard is amazing! I've had the pleasure of working out with him as my personal trainer for over two years. I’ve been training with Andrew for 3 years. I’ve had trainers before, but no one has helped me as much as he has. He had a lot of education, which is one of my favorite things about him. Everything he does is backed by science. He is always researching and trying to find new ways to help me. I’ve had pain in my joints for years, and he helps me manage the pain without medication. Andrew has also helped me lose weight and keep it off. He is very personable, and a great young man.
Matt is a very knowledgeable fitness and strength trainer. What I like most about going to the strength shop is his professionalism, ability to motivate, and his willingness to take the time to explain the exercises and equipment to you. He will give you exercises he knows you are capable of doing and if you aren't familiar he will show you how to do them properly. No need for guessing!
Andrew is an excellent trainer. He quickly identifies areas of opportunity and develops routines that not only keep your body confused, but are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Weather it be for weight loss, strength, muscle building, or just overall athletic fitness he is the man. His role goes beyond just the sessions you pay for as he provides support beyond by providing nutritional advice and developing "homework" routines for his dedicated clients. A then and now photo, the picture with the pink shirt was just over a year ago. Depressed always tired and felt awful. Just a few short months after this was taken I called Jennifer on a late night thinking I would just leave a voicemail, and she would get back to me. I was wrong, she answered and I set an appointment. Not only did she teach me how to eat which I thought was going to be extremely difficult but she modified training sessions. I walk out those doors after a work out with my heart still racing a smile on my face and ready to face the day. Time is manageable but it's what you do with it that matters. I spend once a week with Jennifer working out. The rest of the week I try and do as much as I can, now running (something I could never do) With where I work I am always lifting and get in at least 10,000 steps. I am currently 198!!! Out of the 200 club! I still have a lot of work to do but I wouldn't change a thing. Jennifer brought back something I had lost. Confidence, self love, joy, and independence. These are true results and I couldn't be more grateful in what she has done for me. I can't say enough since I even rave about her at my job! She has even changed the way I walk. I am pingeon toes so my feet naturally curve in. I have been to Dr's. Who couldn't fix them with orthotics. Jen managed to fix my feet in under a year. My balance is incredible compared to what it was. My ankle that I broke almost 15 years ago has become the strongest it's ever been. I even notice the difference just when I walk from point A to Point B. All in all I will rave forever about Jen and her amazing talent in transforming those who are ready and willing to put in the work. She won't let you down!
Wes is a great trainer. He comes to the home which makes it that much more convenient at a reasonable price. His methods have been on target and I have been able to meet my weight loss goals. He pushes you to your limit and you receive great results.
