Where to begin... I was suckered... I had clearly communicated what specific service I needed (setting up Apple Time Capsule to work with all of my iOS items and an MacBook Air) schedule a time and he did not show up and when I called, said he was still another half hour away, so rescheduled for next day. Shows up to the house and proceeds to look up YouTube videos on how to set up the device with my network. He didn't even recognize that he needed to use Time Machine to set up the backup until I read it to him from the Apple user guide. Did not finish with upgrading MacBook Air SSD so rescheduled to return Monday morning. Did not show up and when I called, said there was a miscommunication, and that he would come at 3 PM. Fine, 3 PM, texts me that he can't come, when I call him, claims another miscommunication. There is nothing miscommunicated when you ask someone if they are going to show up at 3 PM and they respond with a yes. Waste of time, NOT a apple pro, and a complete waste of time. A sham, con-artist. Stay Away!!!
