I found Legend Pest and Wildlife Solutions via Thumbtack and they responded within seconds. They had good reviews so I decided to move forward with them. Justin was the technician who inspected my house and performed the treatment. He was very responsive and offered a couple of best options to solve my squirrels in the attic issue. After humanely removing all squirrels from the attic, we called Justin again since the squirrels were climbing on the roof trying to find a way in (which was sealed). This was the most amazing experience I've ever had especially on thumbtack. i called this company after being let down by another. Dan happened to be in the area and after listening to my concerns about the smell of death and my 9 month old son loving to play in the area by the fireplace, he stated he would stop by as soon as possible which was 15 minutes later. He and his partner was quick with the removal of dead squirrels in my chimney and closed up the entry points I couldn't be more appreciative. Will definitely use again but hope I don't have to....

Shinya was very knowledgeable and thorough on inspecting the house and explaining a course of action for two flying squirrels in our attic. He did the job on time and budget. He even goes above and beyond for his customers. He noticed many gutter guards missing on our second story, and offered to replace them while he was up there. He removed leaves from the gutter, and cobwebs on the second story windows. He finished the job by doing a complete clean up, and the lawn looked better than when he started. I would recommend Shinya's company for any issues with critters.
