Two words to describe my trainer boss is his THE BEST!!! I'm sure when ppl searching for a personal trainer reading all this great review they all curious if all this feedback was truth.. I'm the same way, was a bit skeptical at first but i take my chance must say i'll NEVER regret this decision. If your stress please go see this person his a great listener and a great sushi punching bag for boxing.. I'm not a morning person hate it the gym but because I know I get to work wit him I'm excited every time.. action speak louder then words go see it for yourself you'll know exactly what I meant..
I've been training with Jay MasterFitness Gee for 3 years. He's helped me go from weak to STRONG without stepping into a gym. He uses a myriad of techniques that have kept my body guess and changing: body weight exercises, pilates, kettlebells, stretching, swimming, boxing ... the list goes on and on. I'm amazed at the things I can do now. We even did several months working on self defense moves, and I've never been more confident in my ability to protect myself. I searched for a while before finding Train at Home Atlanta. I wasn't looking for a boot camp or a powderpuff experience. I wanted solid, evidence-based strategies and not the latest fad. Train at Home Atlanta delivered. Every session was new and fresh. I did things I never knew I could do like boxing and yoga. The trainers are knowledgeable not only about the workout, but also about the mind-body connection. I learned stress busting strategies, talked about no-nonsense nutrition and was even encouraged to try therapeutic massage as well as a kinesiology program to help me move better. Train at Home Atlanta is the whole package and you'll leave each session feeling like you can accomplish anything.

I have been using Tony since Feb 2013. This is my first experience having a personal trainer, and I'm more than pleased. From pricing, to convenience, to results Tony has shown that he is very interested in pleasing & building a healthy relationship with the client. In addition, Tony listens to the needs & constraints of the client, and builds a program that works for you. Specifically I had knee surgery & was diagnosed with arthritis in 2012, so I was concerned about taking up any strenuous activity that may cause remission of my injury. Despite this potential roadblock Tony built a program that has not only shown results but also incrememtally increased the strength of my knee. So he's not only a personal trainer but has also become a aid in my mich needed recovery. In addition, Tony incorporated techniques of boxing upon request - so there is never a boring session. I will continue to use & recommend Tony to help in a transition to a healthy lifestyle due to his expertise, continuous motivation, attentiveness, creativity, affordability.
Al is extremely knowledgable about fitness and nutrition. I worked with one other personal trainer previous to working with Al and he was by far more knowledgable and thorough by focusing on providing nutritional guidance in addition to fitness training. I was in very poor shape when I started working with Al 3 months ago and I have made significant improvements in my fitness level, flexibility and balance since I began working with him. Al seems to know when to push you, how hard to push you as well as recognizing when you may be struggling due to illness and adjusts workouts accordingly. He is also very "efficient" in structuring workouts. He may have you perform a move with weights while doing a lunge and working abs at the same time. I could not do these kind of movements on my own as I would have no idea what I was doing. He is always coming up with new workout routines and uses his own "bag of tricks" (resistance bands, boxing gloves, etc) to keep the workouts from ever being predictable or boring. Al has helped me improve my breathing, posture and balance. He is always very focused on using the correct form and the correct breathing, which I have come to understand are critical to getting the maximum benefit to your workout. Working with Al has been a very positive experience and although I still have quite a way to go I have definitely made progress working with him. He will make you work hard but you will definitely see results!!
I enjoy Tapout Fitness - Originally my trainer was Quinten who is very charming and personable. He is encouraging, challenges me, and holds me accountable which is what I asked for when I joined the gym. I now train with Chris, due to Quinten's promotion, Chris and I are getting to know one another, but he is a good trainer, I like that he keeps me moving to keep my heart rate up, to burn calories. It's only been a couple of weeks but I believe I will do well with Chris. The staff is friendly, the environment is comfortable - with it being a boxing gym, there aren't a lot of people trying to hook up so to speak, it's actually a working gym the people are there to train, box, and workout. Sometimes the music is a little raunchy, but I can overlook that and tune it out.
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! From the time you turn the corner and enter METRO IRONMAN PARKING SPACE until the time you walk in the door everything looks Amazing very impressed with the gym and the circuit room Omg did i say Amazing I must say I can see myself in here for hours. I'm in workout HEAVEN. The staff is helpful and educated oh my did I say Amazing. And to top it off they have lockers and a shower. So excited about boxing and yoga. And the Personal Trainers are oh my they are the Amazing. I love everything about Metro Ironman Gym.
Since February of 2016, Stephen has helped me build my stamina, lose inches in key areas, and increase muscle tone. His workouts never get boring and offer versatility such as boxing, circuit training, weights, cardio and plyometric exercises. He is very knowledgeable in how the overall training impacts different parts of the body and I saw results within the first 4 weeks! He has pushed me outside of my limits to do things that I did not realize that I could do and has made me more confident in navigating equipment in the gym when working out on my own. Richard creates great workouts! Having trained with great trainers previously, I'm always skeptical when selecting someone new. Richard listened to my concerns and created great workouts. Wiith his workouts, I've been able to cut 1 minute/mile off of my race run time and continue to push myself daily. His workouts are out-of-the-box and ultra challenging. Thank you, Richard!
