David is the BEST... My first meeting with David he said, "You will become the cheerleader you once was in high school"! Getting started, David focused on my nutrition, posture, balance and my core. I noticed a change in my shape within a few weeks and lost pounds. My workout was challenging but I never had sore muscles...he knows just how much to push you and the workout is never the same. If your knees are hurting, he will direct you to work out a certain way and amazingly the pain goes away. I always felt my workout was tailored for me! I got into the best shape physically, mentally and yes, I lost the belly fat... hello cheerleader (smile)!!! I love, love, love David and highly recommend you consider him as your personal trainer/physical therapist!!!! I have now moved over an hour away but still plan to fit in Saturday mornings...

He is a true professional, always on time, his facility (where we train) is very clean, dedicated to meet your goals. Richard, it has been a pleasure to have a fitness trainer like you. I have a lot of hesitation in hiring a personal trainer at first because sometimes i think it is too young for me to afford a personal trainer. He is a very professional trainer too. After working out with him for several times, i like how the way he trained me and although I have a very tight working schedule but he is very helpful and responsive in coping my schedule, he is very knowledgeble and he always tell me that I have great potential and forced me to my limit. Trey is an amazing trainer!! I needed his help in getting my head back into working out. I was an athlete in my younger years and because of work and kids I didn't take time for myself and stopped working out for years. Getting out of the habit is easy and trying to get back into the habit of working out all the time is very tough! Trey helped get me back into shape with a routine that was tailored to just me. I'm extremely picky and won't be bothered by the trainers at LA Fitness or any gym for that matter. Most of them have no clue and don't have all the proper credentials, well Trey does!! I swam competitively for years and swam in college and have had the luxury of having the best trainers around so my bar of what I expect is set pretty high. Trey exceeded my expectations not only did he help get me excited to workout again but also got me back on track with my diet. Diet is key and if you don't know what to eat all your hard work won't pay off. Trey isn't your typical trainer he will help you with what your needs are and tailor a program for just you!! Trey was worth every single cent I paid him... As I can't put a price tag on my health!!! It's more expensive to be unhealthy and you don't enjoy life as much...
