Latest Review: One of the great things about Travis is that he takes time to know each one of his clients. He knows their strengths and their weaknesses, and because he does, he knows when to push them and when to back off a bit. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about weight loss, conditioning, nutrition, weight lifting, functional training and how to treat those nagging injuries that some of us get when we think we're 20 years old again and push ourselves to hard! And, unlike many other trainers in other gyms, he genuinely cares! I would not hesitate to recommend Travis to anyone, young or old, who is looking for an experienced and well-qualified trainer!
