Three words--- hire Chef Heather! I went online to find a chef to come to our home and cater a baby shower for my daughter. After reading reviews and looking at the websites of the candidates I found, I decided to contact Chef Heather. She was quick to respond and asked all the right questions about the event and what I was picturing the day to be like. An enjoyable experience from the first interaction I had with her. After several wonderful emails and phone conversations, and an exchange of information and menus, we met at our house and I knew immediately I had found the right person. Chef Heather listened to all of my requests, and then the ideas, menu options, and creativity just started flowing from her! She is a true professional at her craft, incredibly accommodating, and made it possible for us to really enjoy the day. All 16 guests raved about the food and the cooking demo. My only regret is that Chef Heather was in the kitchen instead of sitting down with us to eat! Everyone loved getting to know her and learning from her. I will definitely call her again for any chef/catering need I have, and I would highly recommend you do to!

Chef Trey brings his great personality into his cooking. I've had him make several different meals for me and he always does an excellent job! The food is always tasty and never too greasy or dull. I keep kosher and always throw a bunch of dietary limitations regarding my food, but he had never failed to deliver awesome results!

My experience was alone with S of the company. Shayla is awesome with her cooking skills. She made me a shrimp and lobster duo for dinner. Not only was the food good, but the presentation was even better. I highly recommend her service.

Initially I was not satisfied with the response received from Ms. Gordon. I was given one price initially and then given another once I made contact. This made me somewhat apprehensive to hire her, but decided to try her anyway. I had to initiate conversation to confirm that I would still be receiving her service. During the cooking experience I did not feel she was personable. I gave her four stars because the cuisine was actually very good. The plates were paper and the utensils were plastic for those looking for something a little more upscale. The time was suppose to be two hours that is how you are charged but the service provided did not extend to the discussed time. She rushed after serving and if she would have took her time she would have received a tip.Overall a decent experience.

Thank you for being able to understand my point of view for the love I had for foods that were bringing me pain. Thank you for showing me the before and after process of your love for food as well. The transition you made to stay on healthy track with your meals is awesome. I thank you for the care package you mailed to me everything was intact in the box and nothing was missing. It was everything you described I love the art you added in the process as well. My favorite has to be the cashew milk none of the same additives found in milk but the health benefits I always imagined in my cereal. You’re an amazing soul chef and Happy person. Pray in time your garden and farm can be able to feed people all over the world. HAPPINESS RULES

      I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Chef Toni. I recently travelled to Georgia (by way of the West Coast) to visit some girlfriends. As a special treat to ourselves, we decided to have Chef Toni come and cook us dinner. We were referred to her by a friend who she had just taught a cooking class to the week before, and boy are we glad we were! Let me just say that Toni’s warmth and talent are truly unmatched. We had asked for a chicken dish as a main course, and were open to her suggestion. Upon further discussion, Toni created a wonderful three course menu for us. The main course being Chicken Francese! Toni proposed a fresh Caprese salad to start, which was followed by our main dish, the Chicken Francese! This lemony dish was served over a bed of quinoa and brown rice, and let’s just say ... I licked my plate clean. To finish, was a Georgia staple .. Peach Pie!! I love that she tied in a southern element to the menu (as I’m not as lucky to have such delicious peaches over in California)! I wish I had gotten a photo of the pie, but admittedly, we started digging right in the second the pie was cooled 😳. From start to finish, we were not only salivating over the sensational smells that we’re coming from the kitchen, but smiling from ear to ear at Toni’s humor, heart, and most of all her undeniable talent. My only regret is that I don’t live closer so I could have the treat that is Chef Toni all the time!! However, I can now look forward to our new tradition, dinner by Chef Toni. I’m already planning my next trip back!!
