He gave me Two options for repair: the first was to break through the foundation and fix the leak, but there's no guarantee that another crack will appear further down the line. Option two is to lay new pipes through the ceiling so that I wouldn't have to worry about foundation leaks again for a few dollars more. Since this was my second foundation leak, I liked the idea of not having to worry about it again. So we decided to rerun the pipes through the ceiling. Domingo explained exactly what he was going to do and was really concerned about not putting too many holes in my walls and ceiling. That attention to detail is why I will hire him for my next plumbing project. It's great to find a quality, dependable repairman, and I will recommend him to my Friends and neighbors, if they need a good plumber."See more

Harold and his team are AMAZING!!! He responded to our inquiry in less than 10-mins w/a text introducing himself and requesting a phone conversation. Within the first few moments of our conversation, I knew he was the right guy for the job. He was extremely pleasant, he was knowledgeable, he answered all my questions without irritation and respectfully educating me in the process. I felt as if I was speaking with my dad, brother, or uncle; somebody who really wanted to help resolve my issue. We scheduled a time for his visit the next day. Upon finishing another job early, I was immediately contacted that he could actually arrive earlier than expected versus waiting around all day for assistance and then being rescheduled 20-mins before scheduled service time (that’s happened to be plenty of times by others). Once he arrived to our home, he got to work diagnosing the issue and presented several options for us to explore. Harold asked for our business and he asked for a review…Sales 101. I think it’s extremely important to ask for what you want but also deliver on your word.
