I'm so glad I found "Cool It Now" on TT. My upstairs AC stopped working on 100 degree day, just two days ago. I called Cool It Now, and they came in the same day. Reggie is a true professional. Don't let his reasonable rates fool you. I have had work done from the Big Brand HVAC companies in the past, and in comparison to those guys , Reggie was far more knowledgeable, meticulous and had the same tools and gadgets. I called him to fix the broken AC, but I liked his work (and of course his price) so much that I asked him to service my other AC unit as well. I'm pretty sure the big brand AC guys would have charged me at least double of what I paid. I have saved the contact details for "Cool It Now" on my phone for good. I will recommend him to friends and family any day.

After a major commercial HVAC company attempted to overcharge me $3,800 and claimed I needed an entirely new unit (which I didn’t), I decided to get a second opinion, and thank God I did. C&D responded to my inquiry immediately, arrived on time, and quickly identified the actual issue. He completed the repair for just $630, with a level of honesty, knowledge, and professionalism that’s rare to find these days. This week had already been incredibly overwhelming with a lot of personal and financial stress, and my A/C going out felt like the final straw. But C&D came through and quite literally saved the day. He was fast, fair, and truly cared about helping me, not just making a sale. If you’re debating whether to get a second opinion, do it. And let it be from C&D Pro Masters. 10/10 highly recommend.
