My daughter has been thru the program twice, she did it when we were told that she had auditory processing delay (along with behavior issues). We saw improvement in grades, study habits. We completed another smaller period of time to help with the transition into middle school. I just attended her first conference as a middle school student, and her lowest grade was A-. Comments from her teachers were of how well she is organized, helpful. She reads for fun now. She uses her time wisely for studying, projects. No calls/emails about behavior - a complete 180 degree change. And not only did it go for her academics, but she is also now one of the leading scorer on her soccer team. I highly recommend LearningRX. I have seen first hand that it does work.

I was lucky enough to meet Eric through a colleague and boy, am I glad I did! Not only has he helped me write copy for my work publications, but has edited my personal manuscripts, and acted as tutored for my children from high school into college. His insights have certainly made me a better writer. Also, Eric has stepped in more than once to carry on writing projects when I was unable to; while maintaining the voice and tone of the piece seamlessly. Plus, his sense of humor and unique ability to succinctly capture the essence of an idea or fleeting moment in time is truly an amazing talent to behold. 5 stars plus five more stars, I say!

Craig is an excellent tutor. He knows how to break down tough subjects in ways that directly relate to his students. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a polite, caring, and extremely intelligent teacher.

    About

Spanish Cuentos offers private, one-on-one, and small group lessons as well as many teaching resources for home and the Spanish classroom. Comprehensible input and storytelling are the main methods we use to teach Spanish to our students. We believe that comprehensible input is a road that leads to language acquisition, and storytelling is the vehicle that helps students get there faster, comfortably and without much effort. It is also one of the most enjoyable and effective techniques to teach languages. When you read or tell stories to children, you immerse them in rich language in context, which in turn leads to higher levels of speech and literacy. There is no secret there! Reading or telling stories to children is extremely important for language development, and since this is true for the first language, it makes sense to also introduce students to a similar experience when learning a second language.
