I started training with Dan at HiFi Fitness for straightforward reasons. After 2 sedentary winters in Chicago, I had gained nearly 30 pounds while taking "time off the gym" to start my business. I was the heaviest I'd ever been and, even though I was an athlete by nature, I'd only dropped 10 pounds on my own and knew I needed help reaching my goals. That's when I started working with Dan. From the start, Dan emphasized that we were a team working toward my goals together and that the changes I wanted to see in my body required my commitment beyond the three hours we spent every week together. I like that he leverages technology to regularly measure daily progress. Every exercise is keyed in, and detailed notes for each movement goes into his iPad - and I can see my results behind a secure login website. We're only a few weeks into our regimen, but I already feel stronger, and my pants are starting to feel loose. Working with Dan is not just about making changes to your body though. It's also about learning the discipline of movement and having the mental focus to push past the limits you think you have. Dan is a meticulous technician when it comes to form. He isn't a trainer who will just show up and stand over you counting reps. Every movement is intentional and he'll make sure your form is right. He explains how those small tweaks make all the difference. He understands when to get in your face and when to take a softer approach, and he is as committed as I am in helping me reach my goals.
Raven is a amazing trainer, he knows what works for you by developing a highly personal plan. As a former Army Ranger Raven understands the importance of physical fitness as well mental toughness. Unlike most trainers he also understands that you can't out train your diet and emphasizes the benefit and importance of nutrition.

What I really like about Tricia is that she listens to you, and if you have any issues, she works around them. Her workouts are challenging, but fun. She really makes me work hard. There are times I don't want to, but she pushes me in a good way. Also she has great recipes for eating clean. She is a great trainer, I already recommended her to all of my friends.
I'm very pleased with Chaun, I've had trainers in the past, but, he is by far the best. I truly believe if I follow his instructions, I will achieve my goals
As a previous athlete in my high school years but pretty much left out physical activity the past 4 years, I first reached out to MORathletic in hopes of losing the weight I gained in college. I couldn’t find the motivation nor could I get into a routine that would make me want to go to the gym. My trainer, John, has helped me overcome those basic but heavy obstacles that everyone faces when they know they need to get healthy and hit the gym but don’t necessarily know where to even begin. He’s always on time and ready to go - even when you’re not. He also approaches our sessions with not only having my ultimate goal of weight loss in mind but also adding muscle gain into those results. Every session is completely different and you always walk away with a new technique or exercise you can try on your own time. From the time I’ve spent with John in our sessions, it’s easy to assume that everyone apart of the MORathletic team is committed to exceeding the goals that their clients have. Getting fit isn’t easy and it definitely takes time. your personal trainers are very well versed in what they do. they give you exercises that are just enough to push you past your personal limits. it's very nice to have them come to your house.
What can I say-Chris is amazing! He will help you identify your goals and then reach them. He not only pushes during the work out, but also makes suggestions of fun cardio alternatives. Having worked with several trainers in the past, I can definitely say Chris is the best. He is pleasant (even at 7am, which is more than I can say), friendly and dedicated. If you have a goal, you will reach it with Chris and do it with a smile!
He’s everything you NEED in a trainer. Imagine being out of shape and over weight then BOOM you come across CC and he changes your whole life and you start accomplishing goals you thought were impossible.

Steve is one of the best trainers. I'll tell you why from my personal experience with him & how he is such a great trainer. Steve, as my trainer, helped me in loosing 50 lbs & obtaining a 18% body fat (something that I couldn't even imagine being in my mid 30s). Steve also helped me gain more self confidence & self worth through the process which lead to a holistic, healthier, & happier me! Not only did he lead me to these great successes, I know many others he has lead to success as well. He is the best personal trainer no matter what your goals are, who you are, & what boundaries you may have. Steve joins you on your journey to becoming a better you. He is extremely motivating, inspiring, & great at keeping you accountable. He will push you to accomplish more than you could do on your own. Because he has extensive education & experience, you can feel safe letting him push you past your own boundaries in order to reach that healthier &happier you! I have to mention, I have tried so many trainers & I am highly critical of them. I would say 90% are bad, 9% are good, & 1% are excellent. Steve is one of the 1% of excellent trainers. Nancy Meaney is a terrific trainer. I was 72 when I first started training with her. I could only lift a 1lb weight and had to sleep several hours after workouts. Now, 2 years later, I am lifting 8 -10 lbs.,and getting energy from my workouts. I am strong, feel wonderful, and am 2 sizes smaller even though I have not lost much weight. I like what I see in the mirror now. Nancy has a warm understanding personality. She has high expectations for me which I am able to meet because of her encouragement and gentle but firm style which makes me strive harder. I would encourage anyone to hire her; she is the best.
Chris Lee is a great trainer was training with him for a while before I moved out of state or I would still be working with him. He go me to where I wanted to be fitness wise. He taught me alot of different excercises that I still use. He good at working out every type of muscle group. He will be there to push you and get you where you wanna be. Remember though results a two way street. You have to be dedicated outside and inside the gym.
Kevin is amazing! The gym that we do our training in is clean and nicer then a lifetime fitness! Kevin does each of our sessions focusing on what I am looking to improve! He is the best trainer one can ask for and knows how to motivate you to do you're very best. He takes the time to find out what your looking to improve on and what your goals are and we achieve my goals as a team! If you really are looking for a life changing trainer, Kevin is your guy!
Brent has been my personal trainer for 3 years now. I had never worked one-on-one with a trainer before I met Brent. I started with just once a week, then twice a week and now three times a week. If it were not for Brentâs knowledge, encouragement and patience, I would have given up long ago. He took the time to ask and listen regarding my goals and physical limitations. He has constantly tailored my program to help me achieve short term goals, as well as working toward long term goals. He has an encouraging and challenging way about him that has you doing things you never knew you could, and he does not bark or bully you. I never thought I would spend the time or money to work with a personal trainer, but with Brent as my trainer, I cannot imagine stopping. I now live for the challenge!
