Raheem is a great trainer, definitely worth it! Ive worked with trainers before who seem to have a cookie cutter workout for everyone but this isnt the case with this trainer! He always has something new for me to do and it feels like he is tailoring my workout to my specific goals. He is very easy going and you can tell he takes pride in his craft!
JT is very personable. Even though my workouts are tough (not a bad thing), he encourages me to keep going. It's very motivating to know that I have a trainer that wants the best for me.
Chad is a very knowledgable and experienced trainer. I have come a long way with him as my trainer. I started body building when I was around 20 some years old. I started because a guy I was dating beat me up so badly that I decided to body build and get stronger so I could defend myself. Chad has taken me to a level I have never been. I have definition and more strength in my time of doing this than I have ever been before. I am very happy as this has changed my total life to a positive direction. Chad is knowledgeable in all areas of fitness, health, diet, and bodybuilding. I encourage anyone that truly wants to get in shape and feel better to train with him.
I started training with Dan at HiFi Fitness for straightforward reasons. After 2 sedentary winters in Chicago, I had gained nearly 30 pounds while taking "time off the gym" to start my business. I was the heaviest I'd ever been and, even though I was an athlete by nature, I'd only dropped 10 pounds on my own and knew I needed help reaching my goals. That's when I started working with Dan. From the start, Dan emphasized that we were a team working toward my goals together and that the changes I wanted to see in my body required my commitment beyond the three hours we spent every week together. I like that he leverages technology to regularly measure daily progress. Every exercise is keyed in, and detailed notes for each movement goes into his iPad - and I can see my results behind a secure login website. We're only a few weeks into our regimen, but I already feel stronger, and my pants are starting to feel loose. Working with Dan is not just about making changes to your body though. It's also about learning the discipline of movement and having the mental focus to push past the limits you think you have. Dan is a meticulous technician when it comes to form. He isn't a trainer who will just show up and stand over you counting reps. Every movement is intentional and he'll make sure your form is right. He explains how those small tweaks make all the difference. He understands when to get in your face and when to take a softer approach, and he is as committed as I am in helping me reach my goals.
Raven is a amazing trainer, he knows what works for you by developing a highly personal plan. As a former Army Ranger Raven understands the importance of physical fitness as well mental toughness. Unlike most trainers he also understands that you can't out train your diet and emphasizes the benefit and importance of nutrition.
Elijah is one of the most deligent and professional trainers that I have come across in recent years!! His work ethic is amazing coupled with his knowledge and continued quest for learning is truly inspirational!!! Long live the 5am workouts!!
What I really like about Tricia is that she listens to you, and if you have any issues, she works around them. Her workouts are challenging, but fun. She really makes me work hard. There are times I don't want to, but she pushes me in a good way. Also she has great recipes for eating clean. She is a great trainer, I already recommended her to all of my friends.
I'm very pleased with Chaun, I've had trainers in the past, but, he is by far the best. I truly believe if I follow his instructions, I will achieve my goals
As a previous athlete in my high school years but pretty much left out physical activity the past 4 years, I first reached out to MORathletic in hopes of losing the weight I gained in college. I couldn’t find the motivation nor could I get into a routine that would make me want to go to the gym. My trainer, John, has helped me overcome those basic but heavy obstacles that everyone faces when they know they need to get healthy and hit the gym but don’t necessarily know where to even begin. He’s always on time and ready to go - even when you’re not. He also approaches our sessions with not only having my ultimate goal of weight loss in mind but also adding muscle gain into those results. Every session is completely different and you always walk away with a new technique or exercise you can try on your own time. From the time I’ve spent with John in our sessions, it’s easy to assume that everyone apart of the MORathletic team is committed to exceeding the goals that their clients have. Getting fit isn’t easy and it definitely takes time. your personal trainers are very well versed in what they do. they give you exercises that are just enough to push you past your personal limits. it's very nice to have them come to your house.
He’s everything you NEED in a trainer. Imagine being out of shape and over weight then BOOM you come across CC and he changes your whole life and you start accomplishing goals you thought were impossible.

Greg meets and exceeds all my expectations. I hadn't worked out for a long time and needed the extra push so I found a personal trainer. Juan is an INCREDIBLE trainer! Besides the fact that he makes training FUN, he understands body mechanics and working around injuries. He always ensures exercises are done RIGHT and that form always comes first!!! I laugh my whole workout (ok maybe not the really hard parts) and always leave smiling, albeit sweaty, after our workouts!
Gary Clark has been my trainer for more than 15 years. He is a true professional and is a terrific person. I rate Gary at five stars plus.
I am going to Phyllis for personal training. I had tried personal training before, but found that most trainers are just people who decided they liked exercise and had no real expertise AND it cost a fortune. Phyllis has knowledge and experience, and she keeps in mind that I am 65. I am pretty healthy but the crazy "kill you kind of exercise" is not a wise choice for me. Phyllis challenges and pushes me but also doesn't damage my body!!! I know she works with young people and she designs their programs completely differently than mine...that is what a knowledgeable trainer can do. One of the many things I love about her is that she is on time, reasonably priced and listens to me and thus can teach me in a way that I learn - this is very rare and it is wonderful. I recommend her without any reservations. She will help you gain strength, lose weight and gain muscle, who ever you are!
Roy has been my trainer for over 10 years. In that time I have had several injuries as well as the aches and pains of growing older. I describe him as a "master" trainer as he has an extensive education and experience which he utilized to address and take care of my issues. What I appreciate is his emphasis on keeping my body strong and flexible for everyday life experiences.
Chris Lee is a great trainer was training with him for a while before I moved out of state or I would still be working with him. He go me to where I wanted to be fitness wise. He taught me alot of different excercises that I still use. He good at working out every type of muscle group. He will be there to push you and get you where you wanna be. Remember though results a two way street. You have to be dedicated outside and inside the gym.
Brent has been my personal trainer for 3 years now. I had never worked one-on-one with a trainer before I met Brent. I started with just once a week, then twice a week and now three times a week. If it were not for Brentâs knowledge, encouragement and patience, I would have given up long ago. He took the time to ask and listen regarding my goals and physical limitations. He has constantly tailored my program to help me achieve short term goals, as well as working toward long term goals. He has an encouraging and challenging way about him that has you doing things you never knew you could, and he does not bark or bully you. I never thought I would spend the time or money to work with a personal trainer, but with Brent as my trainer, I cannot imagine stopping. I now live for the challenge!
