Doug K. says, "When several highly-rated plumbers from Thumbtack had quoted me $7000-10,000 saying that my basement drains were not working and needed an extensive construction project, Illinois Sewer and Drain came out with camera and rodding equipment and got the lines cleared out for just $425. They also provided me with a good amount of education about my property's plumbing, showing me on the camera some areas where there's some wear-and-tear that I might want to invest in repairing down the line. I am very grateful for Illinois Sewer and Drain's honesty. When other plumbers were trying to scam me, IL Sewer and Drain got the job done, provided me with a solid education about the plumbing, and were kind people who were pleasant to have in the space. Highly recommended and I'll certainly re-hire when I need more work."See more

Dawn G. says, "I had a great experience with Nick. He came out, took the time to assess my plumbing concerns, asked questions, and thoroughly looked over the situation. Most importantly, he was honest and upfront about what he found and did not try to recommend or sell me a service that I didn’t need. I especially appreciated that he did not charge me for the visit after assessing the issue and determining that no service was needed. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but instead he gave me an honest assessment and took the time to explain what he found. I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty. Nick is definitely a plumber I will keep on my radar and call again if I need plumbing services in the future. Highly recommend!"See more

Amazing. Reggie repaired my faucet in bathroom the same day we called. The next day ran into major plumbing issues unrelated. Called Reggie on a whim and he was able to do a massive job the next day. Legit broke concrete, repaired a broken underground sewage pipe, replaced concrete. Won’t hesitate to call if we have any other plumbing issues!

I highly recommend Star Plumbing/Vilhelm and cannot say enough great things!! I was in need of having our silver chrome bathroom faucet replaced with a new brown faucet I purchased... and after reading all of the glowing reviews, I only reached out to Star Plumbing. I needed to get our kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced. Daniel showed up on time and ready to work. Not only did he get everything replaced quickly, but he also noticed some unavoidable damage to my pipes that I hadn’t. We had that fixed and it was still a fair price. I would go with Daniel again for any plumbing.
