Dis GUY says, "My heater went out the day after new years (what a way to start the year) so I called and within 2 hours a technician came out to look at my unit, (Cody. A)diagnosed my issue as a faulty electrical board and gave me a few options from replacing the defective parts to considering a new unit, take it that my furnace was 22 years old I went with a new unit. That night was particularly cold and (Cody) was nice enough to leave us with 2 space heaters before he left. The install was scheduled so fast like the next day your installer (Erick A. Hernandez) was here with the new unit we purchased and early too. I can't say enough how both of your techs were extremely polite and professional (Erick) was very knowledgeable and courteous and clean, he even took the time to show me how the unit worked as well explaining the advantages of having a newer upgraded furnace with a warranty. The price was fair about what I expected to pay with install and materials but I have peace of mind knowing I have a dependable unit that will last hopefully another 22 years."See more

I used Neptune plumbing for a couple projects, one was to remove an old radiator pipe and another to install pipes under a new kitchen sink. Both projects were executed well and without any issues. They was very responsive and were available to come in person on the same day or next day. Reasonable pricing as well. Would recommend for piping / plumbing related issues.

Mr. Garcia was awesome! We'd give him 10 stars if we could. He is knowledgeable, punctual, thorough, observant, and quickly diagnosed our plumbing issues. He was flexible with our schedule, adjusting his arrivals, to work around the tile contractor. He was able to rotate our toilet 90 degrees, a job which required re-plumbing the toilet drain. He (and his assistant) replaced our old, heavy, cast-iron kitchen sink, with a new, heavy, cast-iron kitchen sink, and replaced the leaking drain pipes underneath quickly, with minimal downtime of our kitchen. He replaced the toilet in the basement, which required a new flange and rework of the drain pipe. Prices were fair and affordable.
