Chitown trainers are phenomenal. Matt is a very strong motivator and extremely knowledgable about muscle groups, nutrition and general fitness. I've been training with Matt for about 6 months and have lost 6% body fat and gained good quantities of muscle. I'd recommend Chitown to anyone who wants to get fit in a healthy way, but is unsure about the path

I trained with Midwest Fitness for a few months and it was nothing less than amazing. I trained with Chad Roth who pushed me to my fullest potential! He was encouraging, motivating, and even helped me with a healthy nutrition plan. I got a job out of town which is why I had to stop training with Midwest Fitness. I would recommend Midwest Fitness to anyone who is ready for a challenging workout and leave feeling satisfied! Make sure you bring lots of water!
I was doing high intensity interval training, which caused serious injuries to my knee and shoulder, so I wanted to get back into full body resistance training and cardio. After reading reviews, I chose Dan. It has been a wonderful ride ever since. He's very smart, thoughtful, and incredibly enthusiastic. He spends a great deal of time tracking your numbers so that there is genuine accountability as to the extent of your progress. After I saw the orthopedist about my shoulder and went to physical therapy, Dan took the recommended physical therapy exercises and integrated them directly into my workouts. Very creative; very cool. He's easy to communicate by text or email, and incredibly responsive. He's also very knowledgeable about the Chicago performing arts scene, which I enjoy discussing with him. Bottom line: I'm getting stronger; feeling more fit and confident; and not getting injured. Dan's been great.
Raven, has been awesome. He has been everything that I was looking for in a trainer and more. He is very supportive and cares a lot about your personal goals. I am very glad that I selected him to do my training. My training is very personalized and I have many issues including nutrition and health that he has been able to address and is continuing to help me with. Besides, I feel very secure and trusting when I work with him!
We have been training with Elijah - Physical Peak – for a little over a year now. My husband and I both have had great results. We love the ease and convince of having him train us in our home, without that we wouldn’t be making the life style changes we both have needed. He has helped coach us on nutrition changes also. About half way through our year we got pregnant and I have been able to continue working with him through my whole pregnancy, my doctor has said I am doing great and my health, blood test, blood pressure etc. has been right on track through my whole pregnancy. We highly recommend Elijah and his services if you’re looking to make a long term lifestyle change and need some help and direction to make those changes! I love training with Tricia! She has been training me for about 4 months now and I'm VERY happy with the results. I've lost inches and weight, and I even have toned muscles that I never had before! I've lost weight in the past doing Weight Watchers, but I never did any strength training like this! I can do "REAL" push-ups now instead of having to be on my knees! I feel great and know I would not have pushed myself to get here without Tricia. I would recommend her to anyone!
Chaun has been training me for over one month and I can say that I am loving the results. I have become stronger, toned and have lost a good percentage of body fat. Chaun is a great personal trainer. The workouts are great and is never a routine. Chaun is also great on giving me advise on what foods to eat to help me reach my goals faster.

Mike has been an amazing trainer. I had a 4 level spinal fusion which left me in more pain than before surgery. I haven't had a life for 3 years since because of the pain. I found Mike who not only has a bazillion fitness certifications but also has a medical degree. Within the first couple months I lost over 10 pounds and reduced the amount of pain medication by half! And the weight loss is without cardio yet because we have to fix my back issues first (he won't sacrifice safety for results which was the one big thing I was looking for) I am amazed. My quality of life has increased significantly and continues to every week. I literally had no hope but Mike really listened to my issues and put together a plan that works. He gave me an assesment with goals and where he believes he can get me with weight loss and pain management and how long it will take. He truly cares about his clients and stresses the fact that he just wants to help. He makes you feel comfortable. No intimidation like with some trainers. He is honestly saving my life. I've tried absolutely everything from physical therapy to chiropractors to a medical device inserted into my spine. His simplistic approach and high motivation is all I ever needed. I only wish I would've found him before I had surgery so I could have avoided the 3 years of my life spent in my house in excruciating pain. But, I've got him now and I look forward to the continued progress I am confident I will have with him as my trainer. I'm finally excited about something and have hope and it's all due to Mike Rundell. I highly recommend him and wish you all great success.
I've been training with Tiffany for nearly a year now and can not believe what my body has done in that time. Not only has she helped me become stronger physically but also mentally. I go into these workouts knowing that it's going to be hard but also that it's going to be awesome and I'm going to feel like I've accomplished something I used to think would be impossible. She's been such a huge support, not only through the actual training sessions, but also through diet and everyday challenges. She's totally tailored my workouts to accommodate knee issues that I've had for many years and works with me everyday to figure out ways around my restriction. I highly recommend Jill and her team from Destination Fitness. I used her trainer Suzanne to have her help me with strengthening and balancing exercises after my knee surgery. I really loved the water exercises she created for me. After working with Suzanne, my doctor was so impressed with my quick recovery. I have trained with Chris twice. Th first time I had to stop due to lack of time. I looked him up again because he was effective. I was really happy with the changes I saw in my body. This time around is no different. I lost 2% body fat in the first week. Before we begin each session he asks me how I feel and if anything hurts. He tailors my workouts based on my feedback. I've had other trainers but none have have even bothered to ask how I'm feeling. They've had some program that I have to follow. This is what sets him apart from the other trainers and it is what makes him particularly effective. Every session is different so I never get bored. Not only am I losing weight but I am also learning more about fitness. I can utilize that knowledge to tailor my own workouts outside of my sessions with him. I'm really happy with the sessions and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a change in their lives.
Kevin has been an amazing personal trainer. He has been extremely inspirational and motivating. He has the knowledge and experience to give me the confidence to succeed and overcome my own barriers. Brent has been my personal trainer for 3 years now. I had never worked one-on-one with a trainer before I met Brent. I started with just once a week, then twice a week and now three times a week. If it were not for Brentâs knowledge, encouragement and patience, I would have given up long ago. He took the time to ask and listen regarding my goals and physical limitations. He has constantly tailored my program to help me achieve short term goals, as well as working toward long term goals. He has an encouraging and challenging way about him that has you doing things you never knew you could, and he does not bark or bully you. I never thought I would spend the time or money to work with a personal trainer, but with Brent as my trainer, I cannot imagine stopping. I now live for the challenge!
