The Bellly Chef bartenders who worked my daughters wedding did an awesome job. They were prepared, professional and even helped with cutting the cake for guests and worked the room to make sure folks were happy.

Our first experience with Rebecca was pleasant and professional! I opted for a meal service rather than her initial sample offering. The first meal did not disappoint as everything tasted amazing and was packaged according to our request. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering a personal chef. We cannot wait to use her services again.

Chef Cathy was very patient and a great instructor! I've never attempted paella before and my family loved it.

Alvaro had delivered a large order for Deutsche Bank employees and his food was very good. He presented himself dressed as a chef, had all the food in large aluminum trays and their warmers - to keep the food warm. It was well presented and delicious. He also included dessert made by him, as well.

Cuinn was an honor to work with in his time here at Mardi Gras Casino and Resort. As Chef de Cuisine of the French Quarter restaurant he brought an incredible energy and selflessness to the team. He went out of his way to make fresh soups for the concessions stands, saving me over $20,000 a year. His knowledge and leadership skills are greatly missed here. I have no doubt that he will excel in any future endeavors.

I cannot say enough great things about quinoa and coco. They did an outstanding job from the food to the experience and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for five star food and service. I hired them to cook a four course meal for a small surprise party. They did an excellent job on being on time and having the food hot and ready to go. Since I has four courses there was a lot of clean up involved and plate changes. Everything went so smoothly and when they were finished the kitchen was spotless! I was so impressed by every little detail it really blew me away! I would defiantly hire them again and refer them to everyone seeking great food and service.

Last Friday night, I had a dinner party of 12 people at my home in Atlantic Beach, Florida. I wanted it to be special and "out of the ordinary". This was the first time I have had a Chef actually take care of everything and prepare the food for all to see. Chef Roberts met with me at my home before the party and we agreed to a menu and the price. The pricing was reasonable and worth every penny. Chef Roberts provided all of the food and my guests enjoyed watching him prepare their dinner. As each course was served, The Chef explained the ingredients and answered questions. Dinner included an organic lettuce salad with special dressing and green apples, wonderful chilled soup of vichyssoise (leeks, onions, potatoes served cold), fabulous crab cake martini for appetizer, and fresh grilled grouper with lemon burr blanc sauce. The dessert was a homemade banana pudding with chocolate topping and specially prepared wafers. Melinda of Melinda's Confections was here to serve this amazing treat. We all had seconds. We will use Chef Robert's again and highly recommend him. He is professional, funny, witty and passionate about cooking. The evening was a huge success and we were able to relax and enjoy our guests while having a 5 star meal served in our home.
