I've been training with Nate several times a week for over 5 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with my progress, fitness level (strength, duration, flexibility), and the ongoing challenge and diversity of workouts -- they're never boring and incorporate strength, stability and core, time under tension, and functional training for every part of my body. In addition, Nate's a nice guy with a great sense of humor, so the workouts are tough but enjoyable. After his initial assessment, he continued to take the time to get know me individually and has a vested interest in my health, well being, strengths, and weaknesses (he enjoys identifying and having me work on my weaknesses!).
Nate works hard with each of his clients and he customizes each workout for their individual needs and goals. In the 5+ years I've trained with him, Nate has never been late or missed a workout -- even in snowstorms! When I need to change a training appointment, Nate works very hard to find a time that is mutually beneficial.
Finding the right personal trainer that had the proper knowledge, experience, equipment, interpersonal skills, and motivation to align with mine was tough; and I couldn't be happier to have found Nate. My investment in training with him has been more than worth it: I'm in great physical shape, my doctor asks if I've found the fountain of youth, and I've made a good friend in the process.
