The downside is that your belongings typically arrive with a two-week delivery window rather than on a prescheduled day. Can you move furniture by yourself?

You might be able to move smaller items like nightstands, small desks, chairs and small tables by yourself. However, it’s best to get a professional mover near you to move larger items such as couches, dressers, armoires and televisions.

They were fine in the beginning but were not professional on site. When the gentleman did the walk through he should of been clear on the amount of time it would of taken instead of taking more than double the time and not telling me until it was too late costing me over $800 instead of the $447 that was invoiced to me. In addition there were only 2 movers and one of them clearly did not have a lot of experience. If he wasn't given direction he was standing around. I shouldn't have to pay for on the job training. They did not have any moving equipment like dollies to help make the process go faster. They were putting stuff on the truck I told them not to in the walk through and did not remove all the trash furniture I requested. They should have better time management, a clear idea of what they are doing, how long it will actually take and use moving equipment to make the job faster. They should be honest about what they are capable of. To make matters worse one of the movers actually asked me for a tip after trying to charge me for any extra 20 minutes. They finished at 10minutes after and tried to charge me for 30 min after. After he saw I was clearly unhappy he also asked me for a positive review. They were completely insensitive to customer service. I called to complain about the fact that they put a GAUGE in my former landlords wall and created several nicks and scratch on my freshly painted apartment. The manager (?), Christian said he would speak to them and get back to me for a solution. That was 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything. I understand starting a new company but please be aware if you use this company. I am starting to think the positive reviews may be staged if they used the same movers that came to my house. One of the movers tried to flirt with me, clearly as a distraction. Don't be fooled by this behavior. I paid significantly more than budgeted and even though they were nice they were clearly not professional
