Derek is incredible! His knowledge and experience around fitness & diet is second to none. Not only has he helped me but he has help so many people get to a healthy lifestyle. Plus he has trained several people for competitions that have come out winners! Hands down, Derek is the beast (also the best)!!
Junaid is the definition of greatness in every aspect! I've only known him for a short period of time and have only communicated through social media / text. But he has still managed to have a great impact on me. Could only imagine if i worked with him in person. If you're looking to grow physically and mentally then do not look past this humble beast! Cynthia was very responsive since day 1. I showed up 15 min late to our consultation but she still made me feel comfortable. She took her time through the consultation to make sure she answered all my questions. She explained her style of training, we toured the facility, We discussed my goals and she shared her personal fitness journey . I believe she is a good fit in guiding me through this process. She is very patient and knowledgeable. Overall, I feel confident and comfortable with her being a part of my fitness goals.
Mansur is an outstanding personal trainer. When you meet him you will see that! I am in my mid-forties and have been training off and on with Mansur since 2008. He encouraged me to become a runner and taught me lifelong fitness habits. Before I met him I had never run more than three miles at one time. Thanks to his training now run one marathon each year in addition to several smaller races. What sets him apart from other personal trainers is that he leads by example. He continuously challenges himself. Most recently he placed near the top in the Super Spartan Race and qualified for American Ninja Warrior. He rode the 400-mile Vuelta de Puerto Rico and ran a 50-mile ultramarathon in a not-to-shabby time. I could not ask for a better motivator.
Sam is a very good trainer and have a great knowledge about why he does also I have an awesome training time with him. He knows how to push my limits.
Bryan was my personal trainer for over a year along w 2 of my friends. He is extremely knowledgeable and very motivating! We were a threesome w multiple injuries and Bryan always gave us different options and knew exactly how to build our strengths and challenge our weaknesses. With Bryan's help, I was able to complete the Super Spartan race at Wintergreen on August 22. He is such a caring and personable guy...we always looked forward to our sessions with him. Bryan was one of the best trainers I have encountered and he would be an asset to any establishment!
I met Manny after I had major back surgery to repair past wear on my body, and was looking for more robust physical exercise beyond the mild physical therapy I had. I was 74 years old then. Upon a suggestion I investigated doing training at Sport Fit Gym. In my younger years I was very active doing such as playing ice hockey for the U of Minnesota and serving as an airborne ranger in the US Army. Manny took me through light training to robust activities that brought me back to do maintenance exercise that I do now. At almost 76 I now have routines that are fairly robust to maintain myself. Most people misjudge me being much younger than I am. I am very satisfied with the training Manny took me through and consider the friendship we formed a additional bonus. Based on my experience as a senior Army officer who had the charge of keeping army personnel in fit shape and trained to do the near impossible, I rate Manny and darn good trainer.
I've been training with Angie for over a year now and I love her enthusiasm she has for her clients! The excitement and drive she has to meet my goals is just the nudge I need to challenge myself and go the extra mile. Angie pushes hard but appropriately so which helped me to achieve more than I could have imagined…like completing two Spartan races within a 1 month span of time! She is knowledgeable with all aspects of fitness and health and does her research to cater her training to meet my needs and goals. Some of my goals were to tone, strengthen my core and incorporate full body exercises to my fitness regimen and I'm very pleased with my results. She keeps me on my toes and changes up the exercises each session. Sessions never get boring and I learn new ways to exercise on my own between sessions. I can’t wait for the boot camp classes to start! Also, now that the weather is warming up the flexibility to take the training outside is a nice added change of scenery than the gym. I had a great time training with Don. The workouts we did were perfect for me, they were very tough and left me sore for days but they were fun and that is what I was looking for and needed! He pushed me to work my hardest and made sure that I had rest when needed. Loved the work outs and boot camps!
