Highly recommended. He worked my butt off but wasn't pushy. Knew actually the lbs of free weight i needed for each exercise which was crazy for first workout. I am sore all over (a good sore). Don't wait' just make the plung.
Chad is fantastic! He is very low-key (no pressure, no yelling) and gently encouraging. He gets great results. With just an hour a week for the last 6 months, I have lost weight and my muscles are more defined. You also have the option to get coached at home with an interactive app with videos and advice from Chad. He is extremely flexible with schedules, too, which I appreciate. I highly recommend him as a trainer!
I have known and worked with Ken as my personal trainer for several years. He is one of the best in the Greater KC area. He cares most about helping his clients achieve their fitness goals in a respectful and motivating way. I have had personal trainers in the past that pushed me in unrealistic pursuit of their own goals. Ken's focus is always on your goal and making sure that you keep up with it. I would highly recommend him for those that are just wanting to start exercising and those that have goals they want to pursue.
David was my physical trainer for over a year. Training with David was a pleasure! He has a great personality and for me, made working out fun again. His workouts were challenging, fun, and effective. With David I learned how to exercise correctly, meaning he corrected my form to avoid injuries. I learned new exercises and how to use machines I used to simply avoid, and David taught me how different muscle groups worked together so I could build my workout routine to maximize my gains. He also taught me about nutrition and how to alter my diet to improve my sleep, digestion, and overall well being. With David's help, I exceeded my weight loss and fitness goals, and strengthened muscles that I used to injure repeatedly. With the education David has given me, I am now able maintain my new fitness levels on my own!
I've been training with Brian for almost two months now. Trust me... He is one of the most experienced and committed trainers I've ever seen. He always checking up on the diet and keeps track of myself which is great and I haven't seen that much with the past trainers I've had. He’s a great nutritionist with so much of knowledge. Great diet plans, if you are really motivated to do so. Talking from my experience, I lost over 14 lbs in four weeks. Im really committed and he knows my goals. He knows my limits and how to push myself little more every day. My fitness has increased noticeably. He is very reliable and on time, always set up and ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging. I've been going to see Nick for around four months now, and I have no intention of leaving any time soon. As if his enthusiasm and upbeat personality aren't enough to keep me coming back, then the weight I've lost as well as the flexibility of his schedule to work with mine definitely does! I was very nervous when I started looking for a personal trainer. I've struggled with weight my whole life and was definitely in need of a change. James has been absolutely amazing! I'm over half-way through my 16wk program and cannot believe it. James is so motivating and really knows how to get you involved so you WANT to make the right choices even when he's not there telling you what to buy when you're at the grocery store and have a craving for Oreos or something. Jill is great! She doesn't take any crap and won't give you any crap. She coaches you so you truly understand what you're doing with weight training, cardio, and food, instead of just telling you what to do and expecting you to do it. Jill will push you but she keeps your goals realistic and is never harsh or abrasive. I'm a big fan!
Dhruv was a great personal trainer that really trailered to your every need. He made sure I had the necessary steps to achieving my goals such as using apps and a creating a simple meal plan. He made sure that I understood what I was working on and also made sure I was doing the exercise right which is what everyone should want in a trainer. With his help I lost over 20 pounds and he has given me the confidence that I never had before. Dhruv is very easy to work with and wants to see his clients succeed! He worked with my crazy work schedule and made sure I made up any workout I missed. I would 100% recommend Dhruv to anyone who is looking to lose weight or tone their bodies. Seville is very upbeat and energetic. Very knowledgeable about all things fitness from motivation, exercise, weight loss and a healthy diet. Works on the whole person. It's not just about a 60 minute workout. Results oriented.
I have taken weight training and HIIT classes from Damiyhan. He is very knowledgeable, motivating, and all around great leader. He never fails to push us to challenge ourselves and improve.
I have always had a wonderful training experience with Marco. He not only helps one lose weight and build muscle but he also helps build your confidence as well. He is an awesome trainer and has a variety of different training techniques. They range from running, swimming, boxing, to all kinds of weight lifting. You never get bored training with marco. He pushes you to be your best and you end up leaving feeling exhausted but also exhilarated and proud of yourself. He always takes time to answer your questions and you never feel like he's only a trainer. He becomes that friend you need to motivate you and realize you can achieve your goals. Marco is a very positive person and he lives by what he preaches and that is very important to me. He's someone I admire and look up to.
i gotta say...............YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my shoulder has improved waaaay quicker since doing those exercises that you told me about. it's almost pain free now when i move it into what was the most uncomfortable position. all i've been doing are the exercises that you mentioned. i haven't been doing any light lifting with weights or push ups or anything. now that the pain is almost gone, do you think i should start light lifting, or should i wait until it's totally pain free? i cannot wait until this is done and i can get back into the gym! thanks again!
Last year, I was interested in lifting weights and pursuing total fitness. Jason was my personal trainer for three months and helped me find the path back to wellness. He has in depth knowledge of nutrition and weight lifting for any level of fitness. I would highly recommend him.
My experience working with Stephanie (a HitchFit trainer) so far is amazing. I had two trainers at different companies prior to being with Stephanie and I was worried that this would just be another waste of time. It certainly isn't. I love working with her, she pushes you and motivates you and doesn't make you feel like you're lesser because you can't do something right now. I was in an accident, so I've had to put my training on hold while I recover, and she's so understanding. She will message me and ask me how I'm doing and honestly she's one of the best people I know and I haven't even known her that long. I miss training, and can't wait till I'm recovered and cleared to go back to training because Stephanie is awesome. They have a private location next to a whole foods that I go to, and there has never been more than 2 other clients (and their trainers) in the "gym" the same time as me. It's a comfortable space, they have showers and lockers, and the most important of all is the heart behind HitchFit. Thanks so much HitchFit, you have restored my faith in personal trainers, and everyone I know knows just how much I love training at HitchFit!
I've been training with Ryan for almost a year, and can confidently say I feel stronger than I've ever been. Amy is such a kind person and she's very detailed in her work. At your first meeting with her, she asks very detailed questions to really try and identify what diet and workout plan is going to be best for you. I recently had a baby and I've tried for about 6 months to get the weight off. After being unsuccessful, I went to Amy for help and I lost weight in the first week. The diet is easy to follow because she lays everything out in detail. The workout plan is the same, very easy to follow and if you have any questions she responds to texts and emails very quickly. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone and everyone.
Eddie was my personal trainer for 2 years. He helped me lose more than 45 pounds , through exercising and food reeducation. He was very patient, and focused a lot on the right performance of exercises, in order to make sure I wouldn't get hurt.
