Latest Review: I met Erica in May of 2014, and was convinced no one could train me better than my previous trainer. Erica rose to the occasion. After our first training session together, in June 2014, I was sitting in my own puddle of sweat wondering how she knew exactly how to exhaust my muscles, yet make me feel SO strong at the exact same time.
Erica's knowledge & education, combined with her enthusiasm for life and compassion for people--makes her an incredible trainer (and friend). She comes from a personal place of a wellbeing overhaul, and she graciously shares her experiences and her expertise with each of her clients!
She created very specific goals with me and for me, and helped me meet and exceed them. Since the time I started taking my fitness seriously-- I've lost 108 lbs. (in one year!!)
Erica has helped foster an athelete's mentality in me. I am stronger today than ever before, and Erica's role has been completely instrumental in my trek to overall wellbeing.
She's a rockstar of a trainer. Anyone would be blessed to get the chance to know her and learn from her.
