Having just moved to New Orleans a few months ago, I was interested in finding a good fitness trainer to get me on track. Since I didn't know anyone, I focused on internet reviews. I stumbled upon Adam's site and noticed he had great feedback. So I took a chance and visited his gym. I've been a client ever since. Not only is Adam motivational, he's pleasant to train with. But he's tough too! That all makes for a very effective and worthwhile training regimen. I appreciate that he's dedicated. He's flexible in workout times and his prices are very affordable. His gym is small and I see the minimal space as a great advantage to keeping focus. The equipment is top of the line and I'm seeing progress in reaching my fitness goals. ASPI's trainers are great. You receive the perfect balance of instruction and motivation. The classes are always different in structure and pace, making them always interesting.
When I began training with Dwight, I had a basic concept of fitness and nutrition but I had no clue how each component effected my overall strength, health, and appearance. A lot of trainers just help you get into shape without really teaching the reasoning behind each excercise guide or diet plan they have you following. Well, Dwight is not one of those trainers... he did a great job explaining the "why's" and showing me how everything I was pursuing was directly correlated to achieving my desired results. Dwight also taught me the importance of doing correct technique in each and every excercise which is vital to avoiding injurys. After close to a year of training with him, I compared photos and was so pleased with the progress I had made with his help. He always did an amazing job accommodating my schedule and fitting me in with his! Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, Dwight is a great person (with a good humor) and someone I can call a good friend! I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. Listen to his suggestions and be consistent and you will see great results of your own!

Kellen is punctual and professional. No other Trainers I’ve had prior to him can even compare. He singlehandedly sculpted my post-baby tummy into a firm belly with his nutrition/meal guidance AND with custom workouts. The workouts were not always fun, but they’re ALWAYS INSPIRING. Working out with Christian is always inspiring, encouraging, and rewarding! I have a high stress professional life, and the last thing I need is a trainer to add stress to it. Christian encouraged me to build strength, get every inch and ounce to move (of the exercise equipment or from my shrinking figure), and come back every week. My personal trainer Kelly is amazing. She shows up to my house on time and trains me in the privacy of my home. I hate working out at a gym and feel self conscious with so many people around me. Kelly makes it convenient and easy for me to exercise. And I don't have to waste time and gas driving to the gym or pay a gym membership. Kelly knows so many different styles and techniques so my workouts never get boring. The best part is that the rates are just as if not more affordable than the gym and I have lost 30 pounds and several inches off my waist.
