He asked questions about what I was wanting him to do for me as my personal trainer such as was I wanting to gain muscle, lose weight, etc. His knowledge was beyond my expectations!! He told me exactly what we were going to do together to reach my goal and gave me nutriental advice such as a meal plan as well as recommendations of what foods to stay away from. He also showed me the gym where we would be doing majority of my workouts and it was a great private place to where he can attend to me with minimum distractions. I've been working with Ced for almost 3 months now and the results are astonishing! He is a genuine person who will work with your daily work schedule and is an "on time person" which I appreciate.
