Latest Review: Over the 2 years I worked with Sarah, she was very engaged and tailored my program to my needs, where my body was at, and I definitely saw the results in my strength and fitness (and I lost 30 lbs). I struggle with my weight - always have - and now I’m 55 yrs old with a bad knee. Sarah took all that into account as she designed my program and helped me work through it. I had her come to my home and she always arrived promptly on time with her equipment in hand - extremely convenient, and for me it acted as forced discipline, which I needed. Sarah also offered guidance and encouragement on an interative plan (vs all at once) to eliminate some bad habits - as an example I finally eliminated sugar from my coffee, don’t miss it! The little things add up! I found that Sarah related to me far more than my prior trainer, in that she once had her own issues with weight and conquered them, kept her weight off - I trusted her more because of that. I knew she got it, unlike trainers who have never really been unfit a day in their lives. Sarah accomplished for herself what she now teaches to others. Highly recommend Sarah!
