AJ Pitrone Co was very reasonably priced for the amount of work done, but best of all, Anthony is a friendly, kind and professional person. I had several companies come out to give quotes and all of the other people that came out were annoyed to talk to me and basically didn’t answer my questions. Not Anthony though, he answered my questions thoroughly, and treated me with respect. The crew cleans up well after service, and you can tell that the work done is meticulous."See more

Evelyn Hinde says, "Pleased with the speed of the installation of the new faucet I'd bought to replace the old one which turned out to be worn out and having no frozen pipes. Tech was professional in providing answers to my questions and corrected the error made by the original installer. Now the hot and cold water come out of the standard sides! When making my payment I requested a physical paper copy of the receipt be sent to me because my computer is not currently working properly and I cannot open or read the standard receipt he emailed to me. After assessing the problem we talked about the most cost effective options. We decided to fix current furnace. They came out the next day after finding the part (furnace is more that 20 years old) and stayed until everything was working properly. The staff was very patient and professional with all my questions. Their prices are lower or in line with other companies. I am so satisfied I have signed up for their maintenance agreement and made appointment for next fall to have my old furnace replaced. He came to install 1 new toilet and when is asked him to replace 3 toilets total, he was very flexible and agreed to do the work. He was in and out in less than 2 hours, and that included removal, installation and disposal. Keith was very professional, was friendly and easy to talk to. He was totally unprepared he took a quick look at the pipe in question and went to the store to buy supplies. He returned with the wrong size and had it to go back out, then he asked for more money for the pipe when we already agreed upon a price. Since I payed for the pipe he should have left it and didn't. He did not bleed the air from the pipes and said he does not do that only does the repairs. Resulting in an incomplete Job in that the pipe still had a drip. I called him back it was Saturday he told me the soonest he could return was Monday or Tuesday. I informed him that I could not take any more time off of work to meet him as I already had done initially. He should have come right then and fixed it. He was unprofessional and tried to find the parts at home depot in stead of a plumbing supply store when I ordered the job as commercial. I asked him if he was going to drain the pipeline before cutting it and said no it won't be much water and starts cut the pipe which was above a drop ceiling and over a carpeted room. I said what about catching the water and he said why it's just water it will dry. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed. I should have a partial refund.
