They came out the next day after finding the part (furnace is more that 20 years old) and stayed until everything was working properly. The staff was very patient and professional with all my questions. Their prices are lower or in line with other companies. I am so satisfied I have signed up for their maintenance agreement and made appointment for next fall to have my old furnace replaced. Tech was professional in providing answers to my questions and corrected the error made by the original installer. Now the hot and cold water come out of the standard sides! When making my payment I requested a physical paper copy of the receipt be sent to me because my computer is not currently working properly and I cannot open or read the standard receipt he emailed to me.
