Diana M. says, "I had been having a problem with my computer for weeks and with other irons in the fire did not have time to look for a new tech to find the source. Thumbtack gave a list of recommended service folks and after having selecting one it asked me to select 2 others ( just in case the 1st choice wasn't available ) After posting my request I already had a reply from my first choice ! As luck would have it Vadim had an afternoon appt. and could be at my home in an hour. He quickly isolated the problem and now I am able to receive e-mail and all 3 of my Apple devices are synced ! The reason I hadn't commented earlier ... I was letting all my friends and family how happy I was with his service. He was very pleasant to work with too. The other 2 selections I requested "just in case" also replied to my invitation within several hours so that was also impressive. Thank you Thumbtack and esp. Vadim !"See more
