Ruth is an amazing trainer! Most trainers are very harsh and hard on you to point you don't feel comfortable or you never wanna come back, but not Ruth! she gives you full body workouts that you can feel and she does it gracefully! I have never left a trainer wanting to come back for more until I met Ruth. I'm telling you all she's the best. Hire her, you won't regret it!!
I can't say enough good things about Jenny and her personal training. Above all else she is a great person and really cares about her clients and getting them the results they are looking for. She will customize your workouts to your ability, they are never the same and are always challenging. She's not the type to yell and scream, she always motivates you by being positive. She goes above and beyond what most personal trainers would do, from customized meal plans to grocery shopping lists. I am proud to call her a friend now, and I want everyone to know you'd be lucky to have her as your personal trainer.

David is excellent at his job. I hired David in September 2014 after the birth of my daughter. He helped me to lose the stubborn baby weight. I continued to train with him through my second pregnancy and now after the birth of my son, David is once again helping me to shed the baby weight. He is a wonderful trainer who is professional and fun to be around. I highly recommend his services.
I have worked with Ryan on and off for about 10 years and for a person that doesn't really like working out, Ryan makes it fun. He has helped to motivate me and help me overcome different aches and pains through strength training. We regularly set goals for continued improvement and he's very helpful with guidance as to how to attain those goals through exercise, nutrition, and creating positive habits to be successful.
The fitness trainer is very knowledgeable in overall fitness techniques and is always switching it up to challenge you. Hands-On bodywork is a fantastic place to receive a therapeutic massage. I both work out a lot and spend a lot of time sitting at work - combinations that lead to significant tension in the back, shoulders, and neck. After my first visit, not only was a more mobile and pain free in those areas then when I arrived, everything else felt that way too. Stephanie is very personable and very knowledgeable, and helped me feel entirely at ease during each of my visits. Her on-site massage room is quiet, calming, and immaculately clean. I can't recommend her massage services highly enough, and while I haven't used them myself, our conversations lead me to believe that her work as a personal trainer and weight loss consultant would be of the same high quality. Five Stars.
If I could gave Trainer Michael 10 stars I would but you only have 5 stars on here. I started Training in 2017 I currently lost 46 pounds couldn't have done it without his help. Michael is great at his job, he listens to you, he wants you to feel good about yourself he is very encouraging and motivates you every step of the way! I am sure there is good trainers out there but if you want to best hire Michael at Stunner Elite Training!!
I have worked with multiple personal trainers over the years. Amanda is hands down the best. She is always going above and beyond for her clients. I have struggled for a few years to get motivated to get back on track in the gym and with a healthy lifestyle. Amanda seems to be able to read just how much to push you to get you going and keep you there. Very personable, timely and quick to return calls and emails. I would recommend her to anyone.

John Orlando is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever had the pleasure to workout with. He makes sure you push yourself during every session, and does not allow you to fail mentally before you succeed physically. John helped me become a better athlete by increasing my quickness and balance, as well as my upper body strength. His workouts were catered towards the goals we have both set for me. I highly recommend trying John for your personal training as you wont be disappointed. I am not just saying these things... John is an excellent trainer to have and will help you with whatever you need.

Keegan is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with. I've worked with others and I haven't seen as good as results as I do with him. He makes the workouts fun. & they're different every time so it's not the same old boring workouts every time. I highly recommend giving him and a call and start training with him.
