Shannon is by far, the best trainer I've ever had. I've participated in many kickboxing classes led by her as well as personal training sessions. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, Shannon is encouraging, accommodating, and always professional. She truly loves what she does, which makes me love it, too. I've definitely become a happier, healthier person since I've met her.

I really liked the idea of a local gym that offers both personal training and fitness classes. The classes have been awesome with my favorite being the Kickboot class. Both Mike and Ally have taught the class each adding their own spin but both leaving me feeling like I actually accomplished something. I also liked that they modified exercises to meet my fitness level. The trainers and instructors at Twy-fit have all been friendly, positive and encouraging; it was an overall great experience.

I have trained with Ryan for more than a month by now and I have only positive things to mention about him. From the first meeting, Ryan has met and exceeded my expectations. His method of training is generating results for me and I have yet to have a sore muscle. The sessions are varied and never boring. Ryan pays close attention to how the trainee performs the exercises and constantly questions for pain, burn, strain. while correcting body posture for best results. His nutrition recommendations are easy to follow.I appreciate the fact that Ryan encourages healthy eating habits for weight control rather than pills and powders and all sorts of diets. All the training sessions that we go through are tailored to my specific goals that I set during the first meeting. Ryan is constantly adjusting my workout sessions to make sure that I am making steady progress. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer. Ryan is full of energy but not overwhelming, has a positive attitude, always on time, has a wealth of knowledge relative to the human body muscles and how to best put them to work His approach is on the opposite spectrum of "one size fits all" training method and I really appreciate that.
Connie has been a terrific coach. I've been working out with her consistently twice a week since June 2, 2017. She is completely reliable and punctual. Also always friendly and upbeat without being intrusive. She is supportive, nonjudgmental, and responsive to my physical status. She is eager to provide the specific type of training and any particular accommodations that I may need. In terms of the training itself, she has a huge repertoire and is always mixing it up to keep things fresh and keep my muscles working their hardest. Her knowledge is impressive. I recommend her most highly!
Tay is the best personal trainer that I have ever hired! She is very professional and knows her stuff. Our workouts are not only challenging, but so much fun! Each day she customizes a different workout to my body type and fitness level, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Eating healthy and working out with her have now become staples in my weekly schedule. She even has solutions for eating healthier and exercises that you can easily do on your own when you’re not training with her. I couldn’t imagine working out with any other trainer!
So, you're looking for a personal trainer and are wondering if PHIIT training is for you. Well, speaking for myself and the results that I have achieved with Chris - I would say yes! If you are serious about staying fit and healthy you can not pick a better place to do so than PHIIT Training Studio. I have been working out with Chris at another location for about 2 years, and was very excited for him to start out on his own. He is extremely knowledgeable about different types of exercises (KB, TRX, weight lifting etc). I ALWAYS get a great work-out, and if I present with an injury (I am no longer 35!) we modify the exercises to accommodate and he always sends me home with a couple of ideas to help at home. Chris is easy to work with, he has lots of ideas to help keep you on your fitness path. I am very happy here and will continue to work out here.

I hired Ben when I was working on getting healthy. I had been working on dropping 60lbs and with his help on diet I was successful. Ben, with his fitness training prepared healthy and delicious foods. He really worked with me with each menu to make great dishes. Bravo Ben!!
I've been working with Tyrone for a little over a month now and this has been hands down the best experinace I've had with a personal trainer.. and that says a lot being this is only online training. I've paid triple the amount for in-person training and didn't learn half as much! Tyrone wakes me up with inspirational quotes and motivational words and along with my daily workout routine. He reminds me to drink water throughout the day- every day! When I have a question he responds promptly and is very patient. This has been an all around amazing experience for me and I have been shedding the pounds. I get compliments on my results all the time! My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. From the moment I walked into studio 59, it felt like home. Everyone there is extremely friendly, they treat all their clients like family. They are all extremely knowledgeable and committed to helping you achieve your goals. Not like every other gym, it’s a fun atmosphere, I look forward to my weekly training sessions. Not to mention how clean and gorgeous the studio is. Very reasonable also. I would definitely recommend studio 59 to anyone looking for a personal trainer or any of the other numerous services they offer.
