To give some background, I was a recovering bulimic who obsessed with food and absolutely hated looking at the mirror. Ive tried personal trainers a couple years of ago (usually the ones that give free sessions with your gym membership), but they didnt help with building a positive self-image. Finally, I was fed up with my body and my strength (or lack thereof), so I googled for affordable personal trainers outside of gyms with good reviews. One of the reasons I picked Brandon right away is because of his affordable rate. Forty dollars per session is a steal, especially when he drives to your location and pays for his own parking at your own appointed time. That kind of service is very helpful for a struggling college student. Not to mention, he quickly identified a good meal plan, and he used the free assessment to really personalize the workouts he gives. It also helps to have a trainer who cares about your progress and doesnt beat you up if you have a bad week. Sometimes life happens, but at least hes there to advise you on what you should change if something isnt working. I think he caught on that I love positive reinforcement, because his encouragement and advice really pushed me to change my lifestyle. The weight loss wasnt even the best part about his training. I used to hate sports, athletics, or any kind of physical activity, but now I love running. Working out has officially replaced my netflix binges. I am super thankful and happy that Ive had this experience.
Lisa is an experienced, highly knowledgeable, careful and very attentive professional. She sees what's happening in our sessions and give very good feedback and guidance. As a 72 year old client I find her an expert in dealing with whatever limitations. I present as an older client, physical or psychological. If I am limited in some ways, we find a work around. Equally important to me is that Lisa has a wonderful disposition and intelligent quickness that makes our sessions both productive and fun. She knows when to push me (always very pleasantly) and when to back off, a bit. It is clear to me that I will want her to be my trainer and conditioner for the foreseeable future. I have worked with other very good professional trainers, over the years. Lisa is the best! There is a reason she has so many lifelong clients.
John is an excellent trainer he provides just the right amount of fitness coaching required for a person of my age and limitations. He is been very conscientious when working with me and although he pushes me hard, he also understands that I do have some physical limitations and works within my framework. overall I think he is an outstanding fitness trainer and would highly recommend John

I have been working with Bennett for about 2 months now and am very happy I contacted him. I am pretty new to fitness and have never been a regular gym goer. I always had some excuse in the past, but I became tired of not having the energy to keep up with my kids. Bennett has helped me with my mindset, confidence and persistence in working toward my fitness goals. I was a bit nervous to contact a personal trainer since I’ve never really gone to the gym with any regularity and didn’t know what to expect (plus Jillian Michaels and trainers like her scare me), but Bennett has been the very opposite of those stereotypical personal trainers. For one, he is an excellent listener and wants to know your goals and your body’s trouble areas. He is careful not to push too hard and is very keen on safety. Most importantly, he does things the right way, with the whole picture of fitness and diet and proper form and safety. He will meet you at whatever stage you are at and work with you to increase your health and fitness. One of his favorite expressions is “For now,” as in “Bennett, I am having a hard time doing this exercise.” “For now,” he’ll say, pointing me toward a fitter future. I see a lot of the reviews are from people who have been working with Bennett for 4+ years, so as a newbie I am speaking to people just now considering (or who have hesitated to consider for whatever reason) working with a personal trainer. Bennett is an excellent person to get you on your way.

I like to describe Doug as "the Cadillac of personal trainers." So if you're looking for the best, you've found him. One of the reasons I esteem Doug so highly is because he strives to make things simple. "It's not easy," he says, "but it's simple." I appreciate this approach because it helps me focus and not waste my time constantly looking for the next new thing.

Aaron is the only Personal Trainer that I would recommend.! Over the past 5-10 years I have had quite a few trainers, but none of them knew how to train as well as Aaron continues to do. He reviews my plans and follows my exercises intently. He knows how to work with me no matter what kind of mood I'm having and he always works great with me. I am sure that if I were to review Aaron Anderson's work display and knowledge again in a year or more I would say that he continues to get the goal that he and his client set out to get :-)
Bethany has been outstanding to work with! I have had a few personal trainers over the years, and she is by far the most attentive and focused on the things I need to improve/work on and on identifying new things to apply her focus. Even over the month I have been working with her I have started to see some dramatic improvements!

I've always been highly skeptical of trainers. I haven't trained with a ton of different people, but I don't think I've ever found one that I felt super confident that they knew what they were talking about. Luckily, I started training with Rachael, and she changed that! Her knowledge of fitness and the human body is so deep and well rounded. She can help you with your fitness from every angle that you could want, be it working around an injury or your diet. She knows how to give you a workout that will push your limits. I'd say training with her is great for so many reasons, but I think the best thing she brings to the table is her attitude. She's always so enthusiastic, encouraging when you give her 100%, and she never made me feel any pressure to do anything more than my best. Rachael is so passionate and loves what she does, and it definitely shows! I know training with her helped me to push me to new heights. Every session was a challenge, but it was fun and rewarding! I am 56 years old with some past medical issues that made me seek out a personal trainer for toning and weight loss. Working with Alena Kuzma has been enjoyable and educational. She is easy to work with, gives me confidence with weights, and more importantly to me, she watches out for my safety. She teaches about nutrition that goes hand in hand with working out, which has been very valuable and helpful. I feel I am making steady progress (after all, it took time to put the weight on). Over the last five years I've gone through more trainers then I can count. For one reason or another, they never work out. That is until I met Steve. I've been training with Steve for over a year now, and he is a perfect match for me. He doesn't let me walk away from my goals (trust me I've tried). He's motivating, dedicated, and educated in fitness. Working in healthcare, I know a lot about the human body. So it's easy for me to spot a phoney trainer (someone who pretends they know what their talking about). Steve is just the opposite, he is educated and passionate about his career and it shows. ive already referred friends and family to Hoke fitness and have yet to find someone who disagrees with me. I have had amazing success with Coach Drees Training. I have tried just about everything out there and have not gotten where I wanted to be. From other personal trainers, weight loss programs, to nutritionists. I have seen the healthiest and best results from my training with Coach Drees. His expertise in the exercise movements and the proper form in doing so has made a huge difference in my success. To say Jesse is a great trainer is an understatement. He is amazing! He knows how hard to push me and listens to me when I need to rest a certain muscle group. He has me lifting weights I never thought I could do. He knows what I love doing and so incorporates it into my workouts to make it more fun. I always leave his sessions feeling accomplished and invincible.
