Kamie is extremely knowledgeable and she is constantly learning new information to enhance her practice. Caring and compassion show in how she treats her clients which makes everyone feel very comfortable. I have been working with Addie since July 2014. I realized how important it is to find a trainer who truly understands your needs/goals and knows how to get you there. That is exactly what Addie has done, and continues doing for me. Training at home has been amazing and the exercise program she creates allows me to work out on my own throughout the week. The weekly sessions with Addie are critical though - to keep me on track and focused. Her knowledge of nutrition also keeps me on track with realizing my goals and gain a better understanding of physiology. I feel very fortunate to have found someone who knows how to work with someone at my age and level. Her patience, guidance, and support is exactly what I need.
I have been with Healthy Training for over 2 years now. I have participated in nutrition programs, small group classes such as bootcamps or zumba, and personal 1 on 1 training. Ellie and all of the trainers have been excellent to work with and importantly take the time to understand what YOUR goals are. The place is small and personal enough that you always get individual attention even in group activities, and the trainers are friendly and know their stuff. They make sure you are working out hard but safely. Personal training and group class rates are extremely competitive compared to the marketplace. You aren't paying for the overhead of a smoothie bar or sauna. Just a very focused, high value place to better your health, strength, and conditioning. Highly recommended.
