Mr Jackson is the best provider of computer services that I have worked with. He is always on time and answers his phone when I call or calls back soon. He takes his job very seriously. My wife and I are not very computer savvy and Mr Jackson takes the time to ry to get us to understand.

I have had an amazing experience with this company already. Being it is my first time dealing with the company, the customer service was excellent and very expedient. My order was logged, processed, and I received an email the actual time they received my product and request. And I had actually forgot to tell them to diagnose the iPod for other troubles, which they had already done for me and had send me an email stating this, being that I was on the phone asking a customer service rep to please include this process to make sure I had covered everything for the best results. But it was already done and their price was excellent and affordable. Thank you so very much, this product means so much to me, and although it is an older iPod, I am a Professional Mix-Engineer with some international acclaim, and I use this iPod to save mixes that I may have questions with being that every recording studio has different sonics' i.e. different sound flavor.
