Ben S. says, "Until a few days ago I considered myself to be a fairly knowledgeable DIY electrician. No formal training, but thanks to YouTube videos, I never had any problems doing lite electrical work around the house. Then I decided to update my old breaker box. Long story short- I almost burned down my house AND killed myself. So with scorched fingers and my tail between my legs, I called Empower Electric. Andy came out later that day, and being the trained electrician that he is, made short work of my screw-up. New box and breakers installed, and he even let me look over his shoulder while he worked. He was also kind enough to point out where I went wrong, and told me how to avoid catastrophe should I ever attempt a box install in the future. I hope I never need to call an electrician again, but if I do, Empower Electric is the first call I’ll make. Thanks Andy…great job!!!"See more

I booked a ceiling fan installation and paid $150. It went completely wrong. It was wired incorrectly. The remote didn't operate the fan, and there was a delay when turning the fan on by the wall switch. The guy assured me he did everything according to the instructions and would not return to make it right. I had to hire an electrician to install it properly. Save your money and a headache by avoiding this company.
