My son loves going to his guitar lessons and always has something positive to share after having worked with Larry.
Enjoyed these great guitar lessons while I could!
I've been taking guitar lessons from Jay for about 1&1/2 years! Because of Jay's teaching method and patience, I have more than surpassed all expectations I had about being able to play the guitar. My goals were to learn how to play the guitar if I could and have FUN doing it! Jay's method, 'Vertical Truth' is easy to comprehend and with Jay's help I am playing more songs than I could have ever imagined. Also with Jay's help I have been able to begin transferring what knowledge of music theory I have from playing other instruments to the guitar! Simply put, Jays method of teaching is designed to help each student at their own pace as no two individuals are the same! 'Vertical Truth' is a fabulous way to learn how to play the guitar and Jay is a GREAT teacher! Thanks Jay!!!!👍
Scott is incredibly easy to work with, flexible, and accommodating. As far as I can tell, he is skilled and very knowledgeible with the guitar, acoustic and electric.
I've been taking guitar lessons for a couple months now and I've grown exponentially as a guitarist. It's a nice and friendly environment, and they have teachers who actually know what they're doing. I would recommend KC Music to everyone looking to become a better musician.
Great company and an even better instructor. Leigh Ann has done a great job teaching me the French language. She is very adaptable to my learning style, and she goes above and beyond to make sure I’m getting the most out of her lessons. I highly recommend going to the Language and Music House. It will improve your language skills and make you enthusiastic for all the possibilities of world travel.
Kenny is very friendly and explains concepts in ways that are easy for beginners to understand. Would recommend to anyone looking to pick up guitar or just build on what they already know.
She is awesome. Definitely excited to continue lessons.
So far it has been a great way to get back into music instruction. I really am amazed at how affordable the lessons are given the that the instructors are very talented and professionals.
I like this instructor because he builds the lessons based on my son's skill levels instead of the old cookie cutter "Here, learn these chords" methods like instructors I've had in the past. He's actually helping my son learn songs he likes which helps keep my son motivated to learn more and practice more. I highly recommend this instructor for students of any age as he also does a great job with the younger kids too! Rock on Wound for Sound!
Gary is very knowledgeable. He explains things to make learning the guitar easy. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn how to play guitar.
My 13-year-old son had his 1st experience playing saxophone with KC Rock Band & Guitar this summer and I cannot say enough positive things about it! Not only have I witnessed a great improvement in his skills, he practices because he WANTS to & he has thoroughly enjoyed this fun & creative experience! We can't wait to attend the Rock Band concert next week!
A Major is professional very flexible and accommodating, good value.
I teach classical piano and vocal music lessons, as well as acting lessons and basic stage movement techniques.
I am an aspiring guitarist and a people person. I love playing the guitar and would love to help you start playing or improve your playing! I am 19 years old and have played for almost eight years now. I took about two-and-a-half years worth of lessons and have self-taught since. I am most suitable for teaching beginners or intermediate players and typically people around my age or younger (kids too!), but I am open to just about anything! I play and teach mostly blues, country, pop, and some rock! I want to tailor to my students. I want to teach you what you want to learn, and I will steer you in the right direction to being the guitar player you want to be. I will teach you everything you need to know to get started. Give me a shout if you're interested!
I teach lessons primarily focused on the technical aspects of playing guitar while touching on some theory, ear training, and writing/notation aspects of the instrument.
Piano lessons don't have to be boring. I'm an experienced teacher who loves what he does and helps people turn the piano from a casual acquaintance to a lifelong friend. I teach the simply music method, an amazing playing-based approach to learning the piano that will have you playing songs you'll love to play for your friends from the very first lesson.
I am 19 years old. I have been playing guitar for 14 years, and I have a strong music theory background. I can help you by teaching styles from classical, jazz and alt to rock or metal. Let me know if you are interested.
I am a one man business. My prices are affordable if not negotiable! I'm young (19 to be exact) so I'm not very different from my younger students. I have taught before so I have experience and know what I'm in for.
I offer ukulele lessons! Learn your favorite songs fast! Learn to play songs by Taylor Swift, Adele, Katy Perry, and many more. Group and performance opportunities are available!
I teach folk, pop and classical guitar, English as a second language, and beginning writing to reading. I always use the techniques of Interest-Driven Learning, making certain that all lessons are connected in some palpable way to learner interests.
