Christian is well versed in anatomy, kinesiology and nutrition and was awesome at tailoring a fitness plan for me that was easy to understand and perfect for my fitness level, yet was challenging enough to push me past my comfort level and maximize my time with him. He is very client focused, flexible with appointments and knowledgeable about specific movements to define various muscle groups or programs for over all fitness. Highly recommend Straightforward Fitness and Christian if your looking for a jump start to your fitness or competition goals.
I received Physical Therapy for my shoulder after surgery! I am uninsured and was never treated as such. The care and concern they all hold for each and every patient is unheard of. I was taught about my injury and my whole health. Each exercise was tailored for me to help me achieve my personal goals. I reached full unassisted range of motion in 6 weeks after major shoulder surgery! The entire staff was an amazing team to work with and they treated me with the utmost respect. The massage there with the therapy was by far the best I've ever had. I will go to them for all my aches and pain now and in the future. When I was 35 years old and 16 weeks pregnant, I was in a severe snowmobile accident. I fractured my pelvis and broke my arm. Six weeks later, I was in a car accident that injured my left shoulder. In 6 months I went from not being able to lift a 30lb baby from a crib to being stronger than I have ever been.
