Sonya B. says, "I had repair done on my GE Dryer about 4 months ago by another supposedly reputable company in Charlotte NC. The Tech came out, and he said that he would fix it, but the dryer belt he installed was not good for GE appliances and it messed up my dryer. I paid for the service and belt. Of course, i called the company back and complained, but they said there was nothing they could do. I decided to call Thumbtack and was able to talk with Emim, the owner with All State Service Appliance. He was professional and came out seen the problem and had to replace a part. I waited for about a day or two and he came back and replaced the part and fixed the problem. I also have other repairs in my home like my kitchen that I will hire him to fix like my dishwasher door not shutting. He did an Awesome job 👏 🙌 Thank you"See more

He was able to schedule my appointment during the same week (I had no rush). On the day of my appointment I received a call from John advising tech would be at my house in approximately 45 minutes. Very accurate on the time frame. The tech arrived! His name is Alex. Omg, I was very impressed. This man came in straight to the Samsung dryer, took it apart and provided me with a diagnosis in a matter of 10-15 minutes. He allowed me to clean the parts before he put it back together after the part was replaced. He's super knowledgeable, knows exactly where to pin point the issue and very informative as well. I also asked to check my range burner. He gave me the diagnosis on the same visit and just waiting for the parts for him to come back. They are very reasonable, trustworthy, professional and responsible. I now found my new appliance repair team! I highly recommend this company for all your appliance issues."See more
